For some reason, most comments and critics written here are not in particular favour of this specific branch, but honestly I cannot understand why. I ordered the other day a burrito with lots (tons!) of goods inside it, and it was absolutely delicious. Especially as it was hardly greasy but very fresh. enjoyed it much.

The food was good, service was good, the bad thing was that it was hot in there like if the A/C was not working. With this Arizona heat that's is not confortable so we had to eay in our car.

The last 3 times I've been in its been bad. Will try a different location if their is a next time. Desert Ridge has all very young workers that are slow & could really care less. Tables are dirty. Missing Dressing on salads twice. Mild salsa, black beans & meat weren't drained @ all on tacos therefore they were soggy & falling apart in 5 minutes when we got home. Once I got to register everyone walked away visiting w each other. I said hello... would anyone like to take my payment.

Slow and poor service here! This entire place looked to be run by freshmen in high school who were only working because they were forced to get a summer job. They looked like they had no training for customer service. To be honest, I really don’t think you need to be trained to smile and greet people when they approach the counter. Same for simple conversation skills; it should be common sense right? When we approached the counter, we waited what felt like 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Two guys were ‘busy’ talking about something unrelated to work. There was no “We’ll be right with you” or anything. When the guy did come to take our order, he didn’t apologize or even welcome us. The female cashier was also super stale. She just stared into oblivion while our group waited for everyone’s food to be ready. The food was not bad but the meat was pretty dried out. This place needs an overhaul on training. I didn’t see anyone here that even looked close to being a manager and place had waves of people who clearly looked upset that it was taking so long to order. I get it’s difficult hiring people now a days but you need a leader on site at all times. No one here looked like they cared about their job. I don’t plan on coming back to this location again.

Awful teamwork, there was obviously a new employee on the to go orders. The entire restaurant was very slow and there’s three employees just walking around not helping the one guy struggling on bagging up online orders.

This place is run by a bunch of kids who have no clue what their doing. One of them was a short curly headed kid who put my burrito next to the togo bag and just left. Next time I'll clock in because I might as well do their job for them.

Pretty unpleasant experience today. Though the food is always good, service was horrible. First off, it didn't look like anyone working here was out of high school. Not that it necessarily matters, but the line moved extremely slow. They were not only out of ice, but iced tea as well. When asked about both, I was told, "our machine just ran out of ice," and "we haven't had tea all day. "(it was only 4pm.) Couldn't wait to finish my Barbacoa bowl with warm diet coke and leave.
