Got in at 940 pm, they were "out" of beef. They were sitting in the back, I'm sure waiting to get off, but not willing to close early, and not get paid. Happened before a couple of times, both locations.

Second visit in less then 2 weeks. Excellent service, very polite and the order was exactly as ordered. Food hot and good. Great for a fast food meal. Features: Very clean. Can wear masks or not, your choice

The employees were very fast, prompt, and the food was amazing. The price is nice, and so is the cleanliness of the establishment. 10/10 would order again!

they need to get it together they are advertising breakfast in the app! we order thru the app breakfast we get there and they didn’t even bother to say they change their opening time to 10 when in the app it says they open at 9. then they proceeded to tell us to cancel our order because they weren’t serving breakfast at all

Well, not my best Taco Bell experience. The guy taking orders for the drive thru sounded like he'd had a long day. The orders took a long time, I was given the wrong sauce, and the beans or rice in my burrito weren't all the way cooked.... However, the spicy potato taco was on point! 👌🏻

The experience was okay they did make one mistake with my soda, I ordered a Dr pepper and it was mostly carbonation I didn't take a drink until I was about a mile away. When I went back and told them what had happened and what was wrong with the soda they still had to change out the soda bib and then didn't even give me an upgraded soda or anything just gave me the same small size that came with the meal. In my experience of being management at times I would have gone the extra mile and upgraded the drink for them having to come back...

I've had the worst experiences at this taco bell ! It used to be pretty good. Service is nonexistent these days. Your waiting to place your order while they are in the back visiting. Your order is rarely made right or your missing half of it. It hasn't been clean lately also we are in Arizona and apparently they don't have AC . WORST VISIT EVER ! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK FOR AWHILE ! Hopefully they can correct these issues. Also many people are complaining about these things on social sites!
