Where's place to eat in Florence Arizona. Extremely expensive. My daughter has a food allergy and they screwed her Burger up three times. And half the time you can't even understand what the females are saying when they answer the intercom. And you're constantly having to repeat your order just so they get it straight

If you like being told to pull up front and then waiting 10 minutes+ for your order while they serve everyone else who came in AFTER you, then this is the place to go. Placed our order through the drive thru, and first they claimed they couldn’t use the gift card, so I said just put in on my card, whatever. Then we get told to pull to the front to wait for our order to be brought to us. Waited about 10 minutes, if not longer, so my fiancé went inside to see what was going on, only to see them serving all the people who came in AFTER us first. Then they tried to not give us all of what we ordered. Also did not give us our receipt on top of everything. This is definitely not the first, second or even the tenth time we’ve had MAJOR issues at this location. It’s always been some kind of a problem here since I can remember, and that’s really sad considering we’ve been here 14+ years now. We’ve never been able to go here without an issue occurring, whether it be not getting a receipt or the order being messed up or them not giving us all of our order, or them CLAIMING they can’t use a gift card. I honestly have NO idea how they’re still up and running this shoddy business, considering that I hear NOTHING but complaints from anyone who goes to eat here. If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. It’s super disappointing and ridiculous that if we’re going to want to eat at Burger King, we’re going to have to run all the way to San Tan Valley just to ensure we don’t have any kind of an issue.

About as good of service you can expect these days, with people being hooked on your phone and can't wait to hurry up and take your order to get back to your phone. No smiling faces and rude. I was in today Monday about 430pm.

Decided to swing in to this BK to grab a large coke. Was shocked that the price for a single large fountain coke was $3.81!!!! Mind you, you can get two mix-&-match sandwiches for $6. This is ridiculous. I decided not to get it and now I know why the store and kit were empty. Unbelievable.

Its an old Burger King. Not high expectations just unhealthy food i choose to eat occasionally. Just like everyone else. You went to Burger King not a 5 star Michelin restaurant.

It’s really slow service at this location. I get the vibe that they are pretty heavily under staffed. Food is fine though if you don’t mind waiting and the employees were courteous

The food was terrible. The humbers was cold and the buns was hard. The drive up menu prices did not reflect what they charged us at the window. (verified) This location has a habit of not providing napkins. " :Why" WARNING do not buy your kids food from this location.

Delicious! More than I expected in both quantity and quality. Taste is fantastic. Sometimes they overdo the pickles but they're easy to toss. Love this sandwich. BK, you got this right!

The burgers here are great, but this is the 3rd time I have drove through the drive thru and asked for extra pickles. This is what I received, I wonder how many pickle I would have got if I didn't ask for extra pickles. I guess next time I will have to check my burgers at the window everytime I get my food.

This Burger King branch offers, for a quiet location, consistently freshly cooked products that have been assembled with pride. Having had less than enjoyable experiences earlier at other locations -- with soggy fries etc. -- I decided to give BK another try when passing through Florence. And, I am glad that I did. While, it seems, fries can be a bit of a hit and miss (always a hit at this branch, it seems, though), there is nothing that quite beats the smoky flavor of a Whopper. Now, this is what a real burger, or at least as real as you can ask for from a fast-food chain, should taste like. I have to commend the smooth, fast and pleasant service at this site, too. Glad that I did end up stopping here!
