What can I say?? I came in for a charger and walked out with the new s22 ultra lol. Regina is as always a gem to work with. We joked and I learned some things about my new phone. Wish I could give her 1000 stars!!!

Employees were very helpful. Only 2 Employees were working and a lot of customer came in and while we were being transferred from one phonebto another the Employees would wait the other customer not much privacy for everyone.

My iPhone 11 completely croaked over on me, and i went to the AT&T store to get a new phone, and Mrs. Regina was THE best. When ever I need a new phone i will be trying to talk to her.

I’ve been with Verizon for 20 years. I decided to give AT&T a shot. I am so pleased with my decision. Regina at the Jackson AL store was fantastic. She treated me like I was a close friend or part of her family. I had a great experience and would highly recommend the Jackson AT&T store. Great people working there. Especially Regina.
