I've been using this branch for a while now. I find them very helpful, friendly, courteous. They have helped me with some large transactions involving the purchase of my home here. They always treat me well and have been very helpful. It's a great in store branch. Very convenient. ~woodie44309

An employee by the name of MARS was assisting me in mailing a Box. He stopped in the middle of the process after my Wife arrived and said Ashley would help me out, and that he had to move some boxes. Mars went to move boxes while Ashley worked alone meanwhile about 10 new customers were waiting to get served. Ashley had another customer before she could get to me. Mars came out and told the 10 plus customers that they had to wait outside while Ashley worked alone. Finally Ashley finished and she came to help my Wife and I mail the box. Immediately Mars stopped moving boxes and seeing that I was getting serviced went to help the next customer, making it obvious he did not want to help me and my wife. My wife is a Black Woman and Mars treated us the same way the previous time we had come in to send a box out of state. Ashley was not aware of the previous circumstances of how rudely Mars had treated us the last time. I let the first issue pass without reprisal but when this occurred the 2nd time I asked Ashley for the phone number of the Corporate Office. I also asked if there were a Manager present, Ashley said that she was the manager. I went over to look at Mars's badge to get his name without speaking to him. Mars looked over at me and very loudly said "Do you want to know my Name"? I said to Mars if you would like to say it out loud, that would be OK. I asked Ashley to please write their names down along with the phone number to the Corporate Office. My Wife and I live here in Florence and we had changed to USPS after the 1st incident with Mars, However Fed-ex delivers more quickly than USPS. I hope no other Fed-ex customers or Hispanic or People of Color get treated with Such Indignity at this Fed-ex outlet on Hunt Highway. I also hope that the Manager, Ashley gets to read this Post because the circumstances of Leaving her alone to deal with so many customers is totally unprofessional on Mars's part, especially when Mars is telling waiting customers to wait outside of the building while while Ashley works alone. ~jr

At the end of what I'm sure was a long day--what auto repair shop isn't slammed--mechanic stopped what he was doing and came out to fill my tire with air. Even asked what Psi I wanted. That's genuinely great service and a real cool dude. ~Bo
