Twice now I have ordered and I get barely any lettuce, but this time it was drenched in sour cream. My chips had no salt and I ended up not eating the burrito bowl because it was slop!

Be ready to wait, so many online orders that they can barely get to the customers in line. Waited over 20mins with only 4 people in front of me to start. Probably better to order online and pickup.

Love Chipotle but this unit is complete disaster. Garbages overflowing, 90% of tables filthy, all the specialty fountain drinks empty with a ton of staff standing around chatting. Food qualty seems super off as well. Just giving a shout out so owner/management are aware. Clean it up.

I normally never leave bad reviews, but the service at this chipotle is consistently bad. Food is fine, but employees do not care to help customers and have bad attitudes.

It really bums me out when I'm looking forward to eating Chipotle and the person behind the counter gives me the absolute smallest portions possible... and then when I ask for more (which I'm willing to pay for), they seem very annoyed that I'd ask, roll their eyes, and continue to give incredibly small amounts. Like, my dude, that extra scoop of rice and beans isn't gonna be coming out of your paycheck or anything. I worked in fast food service for 2 years myself and never understood why people do this. I have this problem at this location much more than I've had it anywhere else.

There is a little girl working here with dirty long black hair pulled into a messy side bun that gives you side eye for wanting more portions like she owns the place. This chipotle is so filthy, and nasty looks like the same goes for employees!

Paid full price for (4) half a burrito bowls. Kids working there were nice but they were out of everything. Out of white rice, 2 meats, and lettuce. Very low on both types of beans. We should have left and went to another location but we were starving and in a hurry. Don't know if I'll return to this location.

I love this Chipotle location! The food is always freshly prepped and steaming hot each and everytime I decide to have lunch here. Jared (manager?) is always kind as well as Maria behind the preparation counter. They are always busy here, so I suggest placing an order online ahead of time. Chipotle also recently started a rewards program, so it makes it so easy to earn points towards a free meal. I know Chipotle has been in the news the past few years, but this location is always clean and kept to top standards. If you are ever in the Horizon area of Scottsdale and want a quick burrito, taco, salad, or bowl, I recommend checking this location out!
