This location is always busy but it doesn't take more than a few minutes to get through the line and get your food. Food is always hot and fresh, and staff is always polite, helpful and friendly. Restaurant is clean and comfortable with lots of seating. One of my favorite fast food restaurants! Kid-friendliness: Great options for kids meals Parking: Lots of parking available

This is my favorite chipotle around. They never go light on the scoops. They’re always upbeat and energetic. This location seems to always be busy and they still get through the orders quick. I also don’t like ordering chipotle online for pick up. It’s always messed up with something missing. Not at this location every time I have ordered everything is correct and delicious. Vegetarian options: Veggie bowl is always delicious Kid-friendliness: 3 high chairs. Always accommodating even though my 3 kids make a mess. Parking: Great access parking on both sides. Reserved spots for to go orders.

Hit and miss. Sometimes it’s fine, sometimes there’s a lot of cartilage in the chicken or the guac isn’t properly mashed… they’re often out of guac and lettuce. staff is always polite though and courteous. Queso Blanco Is no bueno though.

One thing Chipotle has is consistency, doesn't seem to matter which one I go to. The service is usually ok (could be slightly better) however the quality of the food is always stellar!

This Chipotle is trash 🗑 I used to work here 4 years ago and they’d literally work us for 8-9 hours straight with NO BREAK AT ALL. Food is also terrible, the meat is dry or not cooked enough, and the chips are stale or too greasy. Stopped by here because fam wanted to.

Usually don’t come to this location as I forget it’s here but came here one night. Employees are all on the younger side. Cashier girl was friendly and you could tell she knew what she was doing. Workers preparing the food were pretty dead and looked like they could care less about being there. Food tasted alright but like many other Chipotle’s lately, they’ve been skimping out on portion sizes. Bowels have not much meat inside and when asking for more, it’s going to cost extra. Probably will go elsewhere next time!

My kids asked for Chipotle. So even though it's not a place I would prefer to pick for Mexican, away we went. Immediately upon walking into the store, the guy behind the counter informed us that they were out of cheese, guacamole and chicken. Since it was pouring down rain and we were already there, we decided to make due & get queso cheese instead since they were out of shredded cheese. As a guy walked in who looked to be just arriving, the kid helping us yelled at him that he had been there since 6:30 am. We ordered a couple of steak bowls, one with no cheese, since they were out, and another steak bowl with queso, only because they didn’t have shredded cheese, a basic ingredient. Since they were out of guacamole, which is something we were expecting to get before learning of their supply issues, we ordered a bag a chips and a large queso, which we absolutely expected to pay for. I stepped over to the cashier and I asked the cashier if they would substitute the queso cheese on the steak bowl since they were out of shredded cheese. She said we always charge for queso. When I asked if they would make an exception and substitute the queso for cheese on the steak bowl this time since they were out of shredded cheese, she rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. I walked over to a guy who was poking and prodding the food with a temperature gauge and asked him if he was the manager. He was. I let him know that I felt it was wrong to charge a customer for trying to substitute something for a basic item that is expected on nearly every Mexican food dish. When I brought this up to the manager he offered me a bag of chips, which I informed him I had already bought. I asked him to do the right thing and not charge me for queso & he did nothing. Heck he could of instead of giving us an extra bag of chips, he could have refunded us for them. He looked like I had asked for the combination to the store safe. I was looking for him to do something. Instead of refunding me for the free bag of chips, which I suggested the manager looked at me like I had 3 heads. The customer isn't always right but we get the privilege of voting with our wallets. I will not be back anytime soon, as I feel completely disrespected, taken advantage of and that this is not the way to make up for your outage items. If you're out of cheese either offer queso free of charge, something else to make up for missing a basic staple to your menu items or deduct the price of cheese off the item. You lost a loyal customer over a $1.70 & 2 very bad attitudes. I just spent $33 but the $1.70 costs you repeat business. We live close by and our family will not be back.

Stopped by this location as I was working in the area and was in the mood for some good food. I placed an online order to save myself some time, to be honest it was my first time using the app. Ran pretty smooth, no issues placing the order and arrived at the restaurant, my order was sitting there waiting for me! I usually go with a burrito and load it with all my favorites, the food was well wrapped, I know it's a minor detail but it goes a long way. Food was still plenty hot and I sat down to enjoy my meal, always great tasting ingredients, pleasantly surprised there was actually an even amount of everything I ordered. Customer service at this location was ok for the most part, it's not the end of the world but not one time was I acknowledged or welcomed into the establishment. Like I said, not the end of the world but it still goes a long way in making the experience that much better for the customer.

Thanks for the uneatable dinner!!! They were pretty overwhelmed but was pretty slow and articulate with the guy and my one bowl. I tell him light hot cause then proceeds to give me the biggest scoop. Not only before my food was placed in another orders bag. I can't do my part if you can't even scoop sauce correctly. Do better. My a** doesn't thank you. I'll have y'all make it over next time. Yikes!

well, in my case, they served me very little, I don't know if it was because I was Hispanic, because I was watching and other people served them much more being white, what I ordered was a bowl, very bad Dine in: Yes … More
