9 Best fast food restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona (AZ) 2024

I went here and ordered a hazelnut late with oat milk. They made a regular late. I asked if I could have hazelnut late and they made me a sugar free hazelnut late. I said I didn't want a sugar free and they said that's all they had, but they could give me some sugar to add. I said they could just throw it away and I left. If they said they only had sugar free rom the beginning I would have ordered something else. ~Lesley

Thanks for the uneatable dinner!!! They were pretty overwhelmed but was pretty slow and articulate with the guy and my one bowl. I tell him light hot cause then proceeds to give me the biggest scoop. Not only before my food was placed in another orders bag. I can't do my part if you can't even scoop sauce correctly. Do better. My a** doesn't thank you. I'll have y'all make it over next time. Paid full price for (4) half a burrito bowls. Kids working there were nice but they were out of everything. Out of white rice, 2 meats, and lettuce. Very low on both types of beans. We should have left and went to another location but we were starving and in a hurry. Don't know if I'll return to this location. ~Robin

They were out of flan and the fries in the Carne asada fries were not the beautiful crinkle cut thick fries in their picture on the menu but the dish was delicious, I would imagine it's even better when it's with the other fries. We added the toppings when we were back home so it wouldn't get all soggy. ~Natalia

The young man that helped me was so sweet and polite. He called me ma'am. So respect for him there. The sandwich he made looks and tastes amazing. All the veggies and meats look fresh. I am a Uber driver and make quick stops and this one was worth it. Thank you ~Katie

I ordered two Pepe’s and one Little John sandwiches I was super happy today because I had a reward from using the Jimmy Johns app when I make my purchases. They keep track of your points. So I was gifted a free Little John sandwich. Which was awesome. This location is great. Super fast and always very polite when I pick it up, and need extra vinegar and oregano. Terrible customer service. I was waiting for my order and the gentleman making sandwiches was more worried about making orders for people who weren’t even in the store. The guy who took my order walked away before I even pulled my card out of the reader. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These are only my opinions and views. You may feel different. ~Jon
