BADDD service!!! The guy who took our order wouldn’t even look up over his hat to make eye contact. He was very Curt. If I knew we would be treated this way we would have just gone to Jersey Mikes next door. No wonder it’s dead here. Yuck 🤢

Ordered #9 Italian Night Club salami, capucilla ham, cheese, onion, oil & vinegar with a side of pickle. Delicious!!!

They have gone downhill drastically and I used to eat here all the time and every time I stop to get a sandwich the restrooms are out of order and their staff have bad attitudes.

I ordered two Pepe’s and one Little John sandwiches I was super happy today because I had a reward from using the Jimmy Johns app when I make my purchases. They keep track of your points. So I was gifted a free Little John sandwich. Which was awesome. This location is great. Super fast and always very polite when I pick it up, and need extra vinegar and oregano. Which I highly recommend. I order and eat from here often and it has always been A+. I will definitely be back again soon. Thanks Jimmy Johns in Old Town!

The sandwich was really good, the bread to filling ratio is kinda off but still overall good. Y'all really pushed for the tip, asking me twice on the website and giving me the paper in person. I normally don't mind tipping but it was a 5 minute walk delivery so not sure why it's pushed so hard on this one for a $20 sandwich in the first place.

I didn't realize that all of their sandwiches came with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Totally my fault but I went up to the guy and told him that and he was so nice and told me that they all came like that but that he'd remake it for me with just cheese and meat. I was so grateful honestly.

Food was delicious. One table inside was not clean. Our disappointment was they already started to make to sandwich before we gave the size. This made us feel like we were stuck with what size they were making. Dine in and out available.

The two stars are for the fast delivery and the guy being very patient finding my office. I ordered the JJ Gargantuan Unwich (because there are no gluten-free options for bread), a bag of BBQ chips and a large lemonade on 10/4/21. I got food poisoning. VERY BADLY! The diarrhea occurred about an hour after consumption and continued through the rest of the day. Then the puke started after I got home that afternoon. I've never vomited so much in my life. I had to go to Urgent Care. I was so dehydrated from my poisoning, I was ordered to go to the ER for an IV drip. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER AGAIN will I order Jimmy John's from this location (which is non-corporate). I'm still so triggered I may not order anything from Jimmy John's, as a whole, for a long time. I am just finding out today that MANY people in my office building have had this same experience with ordering food from this particular Jimmy John's and that is why I am leaving a review today. Please avoid this location like the plague!
