I tried The Foundry with their free week pass in the month of August and I have gone everyday since. I am now a monthly member and love the beautiful and inviting studios. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and put together great classes. They have great class time availability and variations in class styles. I love them all!

I truly love Bikram yoga and have practiced it in different cities for several years. I recently moved to Phoenix, looking for my new home studio…membership in foundry yoga studios is VERY over-priced! Let’s be real, we are in Arizona, not California, not New York!! The Arcadia studio is beautiful but temperature and humidity doesn’t feel right during the bikram class either, it feels cold. Truly disappointed that I can’t find a decent bikram studio with decent price “for Phoenix” around here.

The Foundry Old Town moved to Arcadia 4730 E. Indian School Rd, Suite 207A ... I continue my practice there and am still finding new levels of health. Hot Yoga has changed my life. Fewer headaches. It's not easy, but the results are so good

Location good but studio could use another shower, instructors for the most part are quite knowledgeable. Management isn't interested in feedback, or how your class was. If you like to stretch or take a long savasana after class, don't expect it here. They start opening the doors immediately and turning on lights to get you out. If you like yoga to be in/out and quick with no one who cares , this is the place for you!

I'm so happy I made it to this class. Yes, the studio was smaller than the other Foundry branches and the locker room is small too; with a curtain for the door. They don't have many lockers and only one shower and one toilet. In spite of all that the teacher- a man, forgot his name- made me feel so welcome. He was so friendly and just had a great energy. I loved how he was so down to earth and encouraged everyone in class, calling out everyone by name. The inside of the studio classroom was not so wide- only 2 rows of mats could fit, but the room was very long. Make sure to bring your own mat and towel, as I don't think they are renting. Anyways I took the hot HIIT class and the teacher played the best music ever. Huge shoutout! He talked us through each of the moves so we had the correct form and was just so encouraging. I left the class feeling so much better. Highly recommend. (Note: The studio is labeled as Hot Yoga on their sign. You can park by the Fry's and walk there- should take you to their back door; you will then need to walk through the breezeway to the front door. (There is also parking behind as well, but GPS takes you to the back side by Fry's).)

I love the Foundry! It has been so good for my overall well-being. The instructors are caring and know how to help push you to your full potential. I love the variety of workouts available and the fun social events they do to build the community :) Highly recommend!

I’ve done yoga before but I woke up today in a funky mood so I thought, why not challenge myself to something new? HOT YOGA! 🧘♀️ They had a drop in class for sale online so I snagged one for a 90 minute hot yoga class. The instructor Andrea was a perfect angel. I can’t believe I waited so long in my life to experience to pure bliss of hot yoga. She guided me through all the poses and made sure that I wasn’t pushing my limits so I was able to reap all the benefits of the practice. I’m a super active person but today really tested my physical fitness. (I play soccer twice a week, run two miles a day and hit the gym quite often) THIS PRACTICE IS INTENSE. The heat is an added element but I relished every moment that I was dripping sweat. Once you go, the class will expect you back next week so if you’re going to try it, you’ll end up loving it and keep coming. I enjoyed the great vibes so I will definitely be back.
