Paid extra for the thincrust 3 meat. First they came out with a veggie. Then they came out with a normal crust 3 meat. I paid extra for thincrust. They refused to make it how i ordered it. I understand its a cheaper pizza, but atleast get the order right when i wait an extra 45 minutes after my mobile order was supposed to be finished

This is my favorite location and it's because of Shelton! He is absolutely amazing! He works so hard and I was here on one of the most busiest day I've ever seen. Seems a little short handed, but he smiles and is friendly to every person. His customer service should not go unnoticed. We need more people like him in the world.

One of the worst stores. Not only did they send my pizza to the wrong address but every time I call them to explain, they hang up on me. How immature. Grown men hanging up the phone because they can't take responsibility for their inaccuracies. Will never come back here. Who hangs up on a customer when you're the one that did them wrong in the first place? Rude.

I really don't know how some of these employees get their job here. This one kid at the counter lately really lacks some customer service. I usually go in around dinner time getting deliveries on DD and he really makes it obvious that he hates his job. Or stoned, I'm not sure. I have waited too long at that place. Mostly because he doesn't appear to pay attention when orders come up front, and forgets to tell the customer or delivery driver that they are there. I'm giving 3 stars because I have seen good service there before, but this kid is dragging it down.

This place is a joke. Tried to call a order in and the call kept saying use the app. Went in and out was all kinds of disorganized. All the app orders where all over the place. Waited 30 mins and all they did was throw “fresh cheese” on an old pizza that is stale tasting, all the sauce is at the top where the crust is. Non of this is fresh at all. It’s been sitting for HOURS you can literally TASTE how long it’s been sitting. Then they didn’t give us the marinara sauce for the crazy bread. We just refused to come back for it. Once we realized because we just wanted to leave. My husband was going to ask for a refund but then the food came out right as he was heading up to ask and we said screw it.

Build your own must completely throw them off! Ordered a deep dish with sausage and onion. Hardly any of either AND practically no sauce! Maybe that's why the dough/crust sunk the way it did. Worst Little Caesars pizza yet!

Inexpensive way to make the kids happy. I called ahead to put in order to make sure they would have them as it can get busy. They said about 10 minutes. I get there 15 or so minutes later and have to wait until they figure out a guys kiosk order, then take a lady's order. Then when it's my turn they can't find my order. After a few minutes of trying to figure it out they just grab ones in the hot box since I hadn't ordered anything unusual. I did not eat any but the kids had no complaints and husband ate 1 piece and said the crust was good, stayed crisp even though he ate a cold slice.
