Service was friendly coffee taste good I asked for a tall coffee and she gave me a super and charged me accordingly she also poured my coffee for me which I am not used to going into Biggby usually they hand you the cup and you pick the flavor of coffee you want

Waits until delivery drivers arrive before they start making orders and constantly will put order is ready for pick up when they haven't even started making it other wise nice people (edit) just heard them talking and saying oh is the doordash here when I had already arrived and they them selfs put the order as ready for pick up. It's very obvious they put off delivery orders instead of doing them in order of when they receive them

Don't bother. Very inconsistent and poorly made. Paying over $5 for a coffee, I would expect not to get day(s) old, bitter iced coffee instead of the cold brew I paid for.

Takes 20 minutes to get a normal coffee here every time I come. Probably because you still can’t pour your own cup or add creamer. Let people get their own coffee like you used to. Your not saving anybody from getting covid by taking this option away. I guess your just following the dumb science.

Needs some tire bumpers or pilons for the parking area. We do not have a particularly low car but have hit our bumper on the curb here. It looks like it's just too uneven in several places so some spot you'd got and others you wouldn't.

Quite possibly the worst cappuccino I've had in my life. When I couldn't explain why I tasted burnt coffee in my cup, I opened it and there they were: burned coffee dirt. Honestly if you tell me there was coal in my coffee, I'd believe you. Right when I walked in, the vibe didn't feel right. Three "born-yesterday" teenage fresh faces were just chatting about, while only one stood in the corner doing a job. Those three, never stopped chatting for a bit, handed out my coffee without any announcement, then went back to minging. Yeah, the shop is full of its typical pretense useless virtual signaling ("there's only one human gender, yay!") and yet, their tenders can't even manage the basic function of a coffee shop: make decent coffee and be professional about it. TLDR: a bunch of useless hippie-wannabe kids with no proper concept of work ethics made the worst tasting coffee at this location.
