1rst time trying the chestnut praline drink and I absolutely love it. I was greeted by a beautiful, brown representative who left me a very sweet message on my cup and it made me smile on top of that, she spelled my name out when I gave her the short (mispellings & what not) my thanks are to you , love ! You made my day . Staff were prompt and environment was welcoming.

Living in 1855 Place apartment complex, I absolutely love that this Starbucks is nearby. It’s usually busy, I find, especially during the morning and lunch rushes and on weekends when people are visiting campus. The staff here are all really nice, I’ve found. Unfortunately this location can not redeem stars, but you can collect them there and spend them elsewhere. I keep walking by hoping that my name will appear on the free drinks one day but after three years I’m still yet to see it.

Smaller size store. Extra seating outside the store and inside the larger bldg. Located in 1855 bldg affliated with Michigan State U. The hrs can vary with the University school yr. The parking is limited and expensive. Unlike some free MSU prkng after 6pm; the near prkng is limited and/or paid 24/7. Not convenient. There is a small connected deli and store. Good prices on good sandwiches. Very clean restrooms in the larger bldg. Free MSU WiFi.

If there was 0 star, I would give 0 star for this place. I ordered English breakfast tea Latte with salted cream, but what they made was English breakfast tea. Since I really wanna try the English breakfast tea Latte, I payed another cup of English breakfast tea Latte but I still got the same thing.

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit. The baristas here are all so nice and friendly! They're never too busy to greet me, even when I just run in to pickup a mobile order. They always get my order right, too! A warm, inviting store.

I ordered a grande white chocolate mocha. The coffee is Good and Tasty. The staff are Friendly. But there is no drive thru at this starbucks location. This starbucks is located inside the MSU campus market building. Need to pay for visitor parking.

near 1855 place at MSU ..we enjoyed the smell of wonderful pumkin spice latte with amazing views for fall colours of MSU campus!

Can't give this Starbucks a good rating because 1) the parking is expensive. A quarter only gives you 10 minutes and if you don't have a lot of change you will get a $10 ticket as I did 2) there are absolutely no comfortable chairs and there is little seating. It is a tight fit. Not a place to go to to meet someone or work comfortably 3) like all Starbucks it only has little packets of real sugar instead of sugar pourers but this one was even out of that and had to be requested 4) they apparently are also out of hazelnut syrup and don't know it as a first and a second request ended up without both times. Biggby's has them beat in the Lansing area at least
