1rst time trying the chestnut praline drink and I absolutely love it. I was greeted by a beautiful, brown representative who left me a very sweet message on my cup and it made me smile on top of that, she spelled my name out when I gave her the short (mispellings & what not) my thanks are to you , love ! You made my day . Staff were prompt and environment was welcoming. ~A'Myya
