Best pizzatakeaway in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) 2024

I do not recommend this location! I spent $55.00 for poor disgusting service. As I'm watching my order in realtime noticed the order wasn't correct. I call the store trying to speak with Ramiro no one ever answered the phone I continued to calling back still no answer. The website is no help. The driver arrived he was so sweet, I explained the situation on how I'm trying to get the order correct and even cancel. The driver expressed concern for my situation apologize for my order mishap and will try to get the order corrected. I hope he can if not the store needs to fully refund me my money. Update some rude nasty female employee called back offering a free 2 liter soda on my next order. I don't want a free soda I want full refund of my order $55.00. That's best she can do is a soda the hell with them. The owner needs to be embarrassed and should be ashamed of how they treat hard working customers. Smh. This isn't the last you hear ofrom me!!! ~Melissa

This place is a joke. Tried to call a order in and the call kept saying use the app. Went in and out was all kinds of disorganized. All the app orders where all over the place. Waited 30 mins and all they did was throw “fresh cheese” on an old pizza that is stale tasting, all the sauce is at the top where the crust is. Non of this is fresh at all. It’s been sitting for HOURS you can literally TASTE how long it’s been sitting. Then they didn’t give us the marinara sauce for the crazy bread. We just refused to come back for it. Once we realized because we just wanted to leave. My husband was going to ask for a refund but then the food came out right as he was heading up to ask and we said screw it. ~M

I gotta say that I enjoy getting some Pizza Hut Pizza, especially from this location! They are very hard worker's at this location doesn't matter what shift you get! They stay on point like Stacy Adams! Food always on time! Five stars! Now other locations should use this location as the as the lead example of this is what customer service is supposed to be like this is what the store supposed to look like and this is what your food is supposed to look and taste like man! They are above the rest! ~Jennifer

I’m surprised how this place can’t hire good workers. The pizza is good, but the workers just make you not want to come back.i waited at the drive thru for an hour until I realized my time was being wasted I honked and nothing. So it’s 10:48 I work at 11:00 and I go inside the lady’s being rude. Doesn’t welcome me in I say I’m here to pick up. She says name? I said my name and she says who? With attitude. Starts mumbling stuff and I’m keeping my cool I’m already upset I’m late for work. I usually tip these businesses. About 500$-1000$ I’m a billion air you know. But this had to be the worst service I’ve had to experience. ~JAYZO
