Great service and a great staff. Extremely attentive to your needs. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about you. During the last year I was going through a very stressful divorce and everybody here did everything to make my life much simpler. Not just the best Chase branch, but the best bank branch I have ever been to!

The staff at this bank are World Class. John knows me by name even though we are only in the actually branch four or so times a year. He also knows my business and anticipates my needs. Banker John literally is the kindest, most professional and knowledgable banker I have ever encountered.

We moved out here from Tramonto and held a personal account with chase for awhile, the Tramanto staff was amazing and knew my husband by name. They would call him whenever he was expecting orders and looked back at our account to make sure there were no fees in the past that accrued for any reason. This branch has by far the worst customer service. My husband set up draft protection at another location but we still saw fees and asked someone in the branch at this location to reverse them, the manager was not in and they told us they would call us the next day. We also opened up a new joint and needed checks, the checks did not include both names and we called to remedy the situation and we never got a call back. I eventually had to go in and talk to someone and they reordered us checks. To fix the fees we are just going to another location. I’m just disappointed since we’ve always had good relationships with this bank and my husband is a big coin collector so he builds relationships with the tellers. Wish this location was better so we didn’t have to drive further for good and responsive service.
