I have had the WORST experience at this branch I walked in and asked if I could open a new checking account and close my old one the lady at the counter then told me to do it on the app and proceeded to take other customers. I then opened an account on my phone with out any assistance. It took a week for my account to be closed(Supposed to be closed in one business day). My new account was not working I also had bills that were unpaid because I had no access to my money. Luckily I was able to go to another branch to get everything resolved. Will never go back to this branch.

Do not use Chase for wire transfers. When something goes wrong, they have no customer support. Customers are not allowed to talk to the department that could help and their basic reply is "we sent the money, we do not have it, the receiving bank does not reply, we closed the complaint, call and talk to receiving bank>" over 5 weeks since they took my money and they are too busy to help? I posted 1 star as it would not let me post without a rating, One star is too many.

This location of Chase Bank has not been my favorite. Service was lacking and there appeared to be no real consistency or accountability which you would not expect from a mega-bank. I have just visited other locations to avoid the aggravation. Well, recently, the branch received a new General Manager and boy is it different. Transactions are not being handled more smoothly and the tellers appear more pleasant and engaged. The manager is visible during branch hours and is available for staff and customers. Questions or concerns are now being resolved promptly. It astonishes me how much just the addition of one person leading a bank branch can make a world of difference.

Had the pleasure of coming to this branch and being helped by Jose. He was the most helpful, kind, empathetic, and informative worker. Wish all the bankers were just like him, because he made what could have been a stressful experience into something that was actually pleasant. Would absolutely recommend Jose for any banking needs.

Pleasant staff but totally lacking in knowledge or effective help. No bathroom available to clients!!! Referred me to useless 800 number that I’ve called 3x already. Not coming back here again.

The Biltmore Location at Chase Bank is the worst I have ever experienced. I am a 60 year old woman and I have a business account there. I sold a property which was in another LLC. The teller told me I need o open a new account in that LLC. I came back the next day to open an account. I waited and no-one would wait on me, so I went to the teller at the counter and told her I wanted to open an account, she said she would find someone. The same older man who opened my personal account waited on me. I told him I need to open another business account because title made check out to the Llc the owned the property. I explained to the employee that it is sad that I have to open an account to deposit this check then transfer funds to the other business account the I have with Chase. The older employee said to me that " he would not do that for me." I said to him that I have a right to open an account and transfer funds to the other account that Chase has, he said yes, but very rudely he was not going to do that for me just so I can get my check deposited and transfer to my other account at Chase. Why would someone be so rude and lazy? The money would have stayed with Chase in tune of hundreds of Thousands of dollars. I guess Chase doesn't need money in their bank.

Came to get a document notarized. After having to wait in line for over 10 minutes with nobody there to greet me, I was informed that all of the notaries were out on lunch break. Don’t have your two notaries go out for lunch at the exact same time. The floor manager was also really attitudinal and rude.

I would NOT recommend this branch or the Biltmore location for you business account needs. The lack of knowledge and overall professionalism of the staff regarding business accounts is lacking. As if starting a business isn’t already stressful in itself, 2 of their staff members made it even more challenging. The Central location misinformed me on the site to go to the get an EIN. She misinformed me of a site that turned out to be a fraudulent and scam site charging me $130 for an EIN which is supposed to be free. I understand it probably an honest mistake but when you’re dealing with money and business accounts it would help if the staff was less accident prone and more thorough. Because of the inconvenience that was posed due to the misinformation I then took my business up the street to the Biltmore location. Where another business accountant set up my account and then registered me under the incorrect EIN. And it’s not like he was off by a couple of digits he totally entered the wrong EIN number creating more complications for credit cards. I went into the bank a total of 6 times in one week to clear everything up. After two mishaps with two incompetent employees I talked to management who apologized and informed me that I would be refunded, $130 for the inconvenience and misinformation. Now, 3 weeks after filing the complaint, corporate hasn’t returned my call nor was the $130 deposited in my account as promised. I’m extremely upset that there is zero accountability and just overall irresponsible and incompetent employees across the board. Very rarely do I have to write negative reviews. But I have been beyond patient and have been dealing with their errors since mid January! I wouldn’t recommend banking with them at all. Especially not for business.

Most of the reviews that are one star on here are about wait time. Well if you made an appointment you would be seen at a time that works best for you and you wouldn't be waiting. Kind of like a doctors office. I do not go into a doctors office without an appointment and be expected to been seen. That would be stupid. I saw another one star review about a computer being stolen. That is not the banks fault. How about don't leave your valuables in your car no matter the area you are in. I've noticed that when I go into any place of business and treat people with respect and like a human they also treat me with respect and like a human. Who cares how much money I have I do not expect them to give me special treatment like cash a business check for a business account I do not have (if a bank does that they are shady and you should not bank there). All in all I have had amazing service when I needed to go in. If I don't want to wait for a teller I use the ATM. And when I do want that human interaction I am willing to wait. Stop being self absorbed entitled people with your reviews. Either make an appointment with a Baker or wait for one to become free after they are done helping their appointment.

i signed up with Chase about 5 years ago,because they branches are everywhere and its nice always being able to find one. Whenever i can, I go out of my way to go to this branch because I've learned by experience that the people who work here are accomodating in ways which stand out to me. Friendly and helpful doesn't do them justice. Sophia is the only teller who's name i know and her presence there is a benefit to the bank. all the people i've encountered seemed interested and helped without a hint of annoyance at what were likely pretty simple things for them but not for me.
