Best bank in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) 2024

I have had the WORST experience at this branch I walked in and asked if I could open a new checking account and close my old one the lady at the counter then told me to do it on the app and proceeded to take other customers. I then opened an account on my phone with out any assistance. It took a week for my account to be closed(Supposed to be closed in one business day). My new account was not working I also had bills that were unpaid because I had no access to my money. Luckily I was able to go to another branch to get everything resolved. Will never go back to this branch. ~Bryce

A bank should always be judge by there employees. This bank has wonderful and informed tellers. Every time I have gone in to bank, I have been treated and greeted by a courtise and very pleasant teller. ~James

I am having issues with a cashiers check from Wells Fargo. Dealing with Wells Fargo is impossible. I stopped at this branch and was referred to Denyse Perez. If you have a problem, Denyse is who you need to speak with. She is knowledgeable, hardworking and pushed Wells Fargo for the answers I was looking for. Thanks for your help. ~Brian

This chase bank needs to catch up with the times and update to the current ATMs. They are cheeping out and won’t fix their 20 year old out dated ATMs that hardly ever work. Depositing cash takes 20 min if it works(hardly ever). The bill readers can’t read the bills unless they are brand new bills. They process like they are running on 28 megabytes of Ram. And they only accept 30 bills or checks combined at a time. I’m not sure if they are being frugal or just lazy, either way this should be fixed. ~Ralph
