I am having issues with a cashiers check from Wells Fargo. Dealing with Wells Fargo is impossible. I stopped at this branch and was referred to Denyse Perez. If you have a problem, Denyse is who you need to speak with. She is knowledgeable, hardworking and pushed Wells Fargo for the answers I was looking for. Thanks for your help.

Such a blatant ripoff of everyone! Two checks to cash totaling $120 drawn on a chase account. Non account holders are charged an egregious fee of $10 per check. More sleezy than a checks cashed! Poor people pay twice as much and get half the quality for everything! Madness!

I met with Connie C. to open a new account. She was truly amazing and delightful to work with on boring details. I arrived a bit early and the front desk folks were lovely, offered me water, and checked with me while I waited. Best customer service ever! So happy to be with this bank.

I would NOT recommend this branch or the Biltmore location for you business account needs. The lack of knowledge and overall professionalism of the staff regarding business accounts is lacking. As if starting a business isn’t already stressful in itself, 2 of their staff members made it even more challenging. The Central location misinformed me on the site to go to the get an EIN. She misinformed me of a site that turned out to be a fraudulent and scam site charging me $130 for an EIN which is supposed to be free. I understand it probably an honest mistake but when you’re dealing with money and business accounts it would help if the staff was less accident prone and more thorough. Because of the inconvenience that was posed due to the misinformation I then took my business up the street to the Biltmore location. Where another business accountant set up my account and then registered me under the incorrect EIN. And it’s not like he was off by a couple of digits he totally entered the wrong EIN number creating more complications for credit cards. I went into the bank a total of 6 times in one week to clear everything up. After two mishaps with two incompetent employees I talked to management who apologized and informed me that I would be refunded, $130 for the inconvenience and misinformation. Now, 3 weeks after filing the complaint, corporate hasn’t returned my call nor was the $130 deposited in my account as promised. I’m extremely upset that there is zero accountability and just overall irresponsible and incompetent employees across the board. Very rarely do I have to write negative reviews. But I have been beyond patient and have been dealing with their errors since mid January! I wouldn’t recommend banking with them at all. Especially not for business.

The parking closest to the door is never available because all the employees take the front spots. The atm also allows you to select 500$ withdraw but when you try to get all 5’s it stops you at 200$. Very frustrating to have to do multiple transactions.

We've been using this branch since 2008. Recently we opened a new credit card for airline miles but use this branch for numerous purposes. It's well run, the staff are helpful (there are less staff than there used to be, apparently more people do stuff on line, we're Boomers; we like to do banking in person!). A banker named Zackery helped us with the new Credit Card. He was friendly, helpful and efficient and answered all questions. This is a user friendly branch and we'll continue using it.

The people at this branch are all incompetent knuckeheads, & liars. We wanted to close out an annuity with deferred interest, for some more prudent estate planning. These people repeatedly told us, "Your financial adviser is at another branch today." This went on for weeks. The truth is, he had been fired, after he was arrested for assault. When we finally did meet the new financial adviser the annuity had rolled into another penalty phase for early withdrawal. This is out and out fraud! When I try to get financial statements to put offers in on houses, I get more lies. They claimed the balance transfer would not post until midnight, come back tomorrow. I was also told, "We can't do that". They did it in Colorado on a Saturday! I am sitting here looking at my balance online right NOW! It has posted and midnight is still 12 hours away. I have had it with these jerks. The money in all the accounts and investments is going to be withdrawn and moved, ASAP! Oh I will be back tomorrow, requesting certified checks to open new accounts at another bank. When all the other checks clear, the balance of our money, in its entirety will be transferred to (an)other institution(s). I had no problems getting any financial statements to put an offer on a house on a Saturday, in a small town in Colorado. Why these idiots cannot comply with a simple request is mystifying and maddening. I do not need the drama their idiocy, incompetence and uncooperative attitude brings into our lives. I have heard so many insipid excuses from the staff at this branch. Enough is enough! If Chase won't clean house, here, I will clean out all our accounts!
