After taking my dog to the ER I needed a follow up with my regular Dr. within 10 day's and What a relief to say the least... Dr. Lane was so on top of everything and took her time to explain questions that were left unanswered by the ER.... I 100% would recommend North County Animal Hospital. Thank you again for taking care of my best friend. I will forever be grateful!!!

We have had an amazing experience with this office with our three dogs. One of my dogs can get defensive during shots & they were very understanding & downright sweet about it. We had previously taken this dog to East Padden where we were shamed by one of the veterinarians for our dog's fear response. The prices for procedures at this office are extremely low compared to other places. North County is busy for a reason, they give outstanding care for a very low price, so it's well worth the wait. Thank you so much for taking great care of our fur babies.

Wow! Even during the plandemic (not a typo) they took great care of my fur baby! I’m so glad I found them and made the switch from a mediocre vet just a few exits away! I’m forever grateful to them!

Took my new puppy in for first exam. She got her vaccines and stool checked out. Very friendly staff. The only reason for a missing star is the call and waiting. They have covid restrictions that you call them and they come and get your animal from your vehicle. It took longer than I expected. Due to the calling back and forth. Again great staff. The lady that took my pup was super friendly and loved my pup.

My senior cat was showing all the signs of a urinary tract infection so I called North County Animal Hospital where my cat goes for her annual checkup. As luck would have it there had just been a cancellation right before I called so I had my cat at the vet's office within 10 minutes of my phone call. She as examined, given a long lasting antibiotic shot since she is so difficult to medicate, and we were on our way home within an hour. I know that it was pure luck that we got an immediate appointment and I am so grateful for being allowed to bring her in so quickly. The staff is all so caring and friendly and the doctor phoned me with the test results as soon as they came in. I am so happy with this vet practice and highly recommend it.

This place is amazing. They truly care about your pets health and always ask the right questions to prioritize their health and well-being. They even try to find out how serious it is so they can tell you to go directly to the animal ER. Every time there’s an minor emergency they see me right away or ask how close I am so I can drop them off. Worth every penny. They give you an treatment/action plan before you leave. My dog says thank y’all so much!!!

I was so impressed with the level of friendliness and knowledge on the phone and throughout the process of taking my cat in for blood in his urine. I had called around to 8 places and they were the only ones to answer and have time to see my boy. A 20+min drive was worth it for the car he got there. They never seemed irritated with my questions and made me feel good with decisions because I had enough information on the situation. It was also very clean, which is important to me. I'm so glad I found them!

Amazing experience! The service was incredibly quick and they truly cared about my fur baby! The Vet tech (Josh) that came out to my car even told me how he was inside and that he was giving everyone loves. They explained things well and were willing to help come up with an easier financial plan based on his situation. I was willing to pay whatever but wanted to try recommended treatments first as he was already starting to improve that morning. The Vet tech was very nice, even with all my talking, and showed compassion and care. I was there no more than an hour for an URGENT care appointment which is incredible. I don't live close to North County but the drive I will do again with no hesitation for the service I received! I hope they open on Mondays again in the future. By the way, my baby is back to his normal crazy happy self again THANKS TO NORTH COUNTY with all that they did and I ended up not having to come back and pay for extra tests that we were discussing! :) Please be compassionate and understanding with what these Vet techs and doctors go through with OUR fur babies, especially the vet techs because in my eyes, they go through the most between everything they have to juggle as well as keeping calm and collective for us so we don't become more upset/worried. They are the true hero's :)

My pets, a kitten and dog, have received nothing but the best care and service. Doggo had pancreatitis a few months ago and after we tried another vet who did nothing for 9 hours. Not giving any care, WATER OR FOOD, while her heath got worse. I was super happy North county was able to triage care for my dog, IV fluids, provide a diagnosis, and help us in treatment. I went from being so sad, angry and scared with the other place, to fully confident and happy my pet got care! Can't thank you enough for helping my dog. Now we've got a fun kitten who's getting all his vaccines, labs, and a scheduled surgery. We love you guys!
