Lino is wonderful! I purchased a car 3 years ago here and it has been super reliable. Came in since saw a vehicle that I like and though the car has a few issues, he is going to see if it's the fuse/relay and will get back to me. Otherwise I would of bought the car after test drive.

Honest review. No hyperbole. Daughter and I test drove a car last Saturday. It appeared clean. Drove a bit rough on the freeway. Salesman said it was because of the bad tires. They were in bad shape for sure. On Monday took it to my mechanic for inspection. After inspection he called me into the shop to show me some of the issues they found. Car was up on the rack so we could get a good look. Bad shocks - near failure point, bad struts, loose right front hub, dangerously bad tires, numerous oil leaks (showing clean oil which indicates recent refilling by dealer). Worst of all - mechanic showed me that the radiator was tilted (it was not apparent from simply looking under the hood). It was missing the core support and (I kid you not) it was held in place by a shoelace!. If you think I am making this up, I suggest you stop in or call Gaynor's (Hazel Dell location) and ask them about the shoelace radiator. Pretty much everyone in the shop had a good look (and laugh) at it. They believe that the car had been in an unreported accident. As it turns out, the total price to get this car up to merely safe driving condition was way over and above the actual value (not just asking price) of the vehicle. So it is a mystery to me how this dealer makes claims to having a mechanic on site and still would have this dangerous vehicle out for sale. When I returned the car, I told the salesman (different one from Saturday) the major issues that Gaynor's found. His response was, "Really? So no deal?" So this morning I went online and noticed that the car is still showing on their web page. I really wanted to give them the benefit of doubt in case their web page had not been updated so I drove by this morning and, sure enough, the car was still in the lot. Buyer Beware.

I highly recommend anyone to buy a car from them. They have done a lot for us. We had to have our car towed to their shop. My car died as I was going to a appointment. Rubio towed it to their shop and did some repairs to my car. It is running so much better. We have decided in 4 months when we get it paid off we are buying another car from them. This car lot is one of the best I have ever dealt with. I do not trust anybody else on HWY. 99. I would suggest anyone looking for a good car buy one from them. Antonio is such a honest and kind person and so is Rubio. This is my opinion. While our car was being repaired they lent us another car until is was done.

Got my daughter a car in a hurry and it ended up not satisfactory they easily let us pick another with no problem no hassle (you NEVER see that anymore)! She now has a great vehicle at a great price. I'm honestly in shock with most of the bad reviews, and believe people are getting this place mixed up with J & M auto sales, the place next door. I ran into A & L auto unplanned and I must say I will always purchase used vehicles here in the future as well as refer anyone I know. The owner of this place is absolutely wonderful! He listened to what I said I was looking for and showed me exactly what I was requesting (unlike many other car salesmen I've dealt with that try showing the cars they're eager to sell). When I was ready to test drive, he handed me the keys and let me take it to get checked out. Car was exactly as described, no hidden surprises or underplayed problems. Owner was very friendly the whole time and extremely helpful with the whole application process. I bought the cheapest car on the lot at the time, but was treated like I bought the most expensive. Also a great mechanic on site. I was extremely impressed through the whole process. 5 big stars to this business!
