We were on vacation in the northwest when our class C motorhome decided it had enough and stopped. We were stranded in Battleground Washington not knowing who could or would repair our RV. We were on our way to a family reunion and thought we might have to cancel our attendance. Chris and Jeff at Ultimate Truck Service were so helpful in our crisis. They communicated well with us and offered great customer service. Even the charge for the repair was a welcomed surprise. I would give Ultimate Truck Service a six star rating in a five-star system! ~Milo

The staff are always very helpful at both the Ridgefield and battle ground locations and as a whole this credit union is extremely efficient. I've been banking through them my entire work career and never had a problem so if your looking for a new or a first bank that's reliable and we'll rounded this is it. ~Noah

Ridgefield Equine doctors and staff are amazing. They are caring and compassionate as well as extremely knowledgeable and professional. I, absolutely, trust my equine care to both of the Practitioners at REC. These two ladies, Dr. Meg and Dr. Ann, have extensive experience in the fields of Equine Reproduction, Sports Medicine, Metabolic System Issues, Dental maintenance and specialty needs, and they are amazing with all the latest needs for preventative care. Dr. Ann is, also, a certified and licensed Equine Chiropractor with AVCA. From their front desk representative to the Dr.'s assistant staff, you and your four-legged friends are treated with respect, kindness, and true concern for both human and animal welfare. 5 stars for Ridgefield Equine Clinic. ~Shana

I really can’t express my appreciation of this place. I had such an awesome experience with Nellie and the salon owner. Here’s my back story - I had gotten my hair done at another salon that messed up my hair. I left that salon with a very sore scalp and a bad dye job. Because I have an extremely public facing job, I couldn’t show up with the hair I had for another 3 days until the original salon had time to fix it. Plus, with how rough the first stylist at the different salon was with my scalp, I didn’t want risk it more pain. So… I called Mirror, a salon the next morning after the bad dye job. The owner (who, as I mentioned - is awesome and has a great sense of humor) was able to get me in with Nellie, SAME DAY. Let me just say, Nellie is fantastic. It was SO nice having her do my hair. She is soooo gentle with your head, she is great at listening and then executing the results you want, and she goes the extra mile (or 5) to make sure you leave feeling more beautiful than you did coming in. She also has great taste in music 😉. …Music is subjective, but a good hair colorist/artist is universal. And Nellie is an EXCEPTIONAL hair artist who has vision, passion, and skill. She went so far above and beyond by staying late to finish the job - which I can’t even say how much I appreciated. If you are wondering who to make an appointment with, make it with Nellie. I am definitely going to go back to her! ~Mika

This is a great clinic filled with wonderful and helpful staff. I have been seeing Bliss Jensen for about 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say about her. She is an excellent listener and will go above and beyond to provide you with the best care necessary. Bliss has a great sense of humor and will always manage to make you smile when walking out of the clinic. The only negative aspect to this clinic is their billing system. Mathematically their charges make no sense on the patient portal and never match up with the bill that is received via mail. When I contact the staff in regards to this issue they seem confused and have no idea where the numbers are coming from either. At the end of the day this is a business and this disorganization looks poorly on their behalf. Looking past this minor issue I would highly recommend Ridgefield Family Medicine to anyone who is looking for more of a personalized relationship with their Physician! ~Mak

After taking my dog to the ER I needed a follow up with my regular Dr. within 10 day's and What a relief to say the least... Dr. Lane was so on top of everything and took her time to explain questions that were left unanswered by the ER.... I 100% would recommend North County Animal Hospital. I don't even know where to start---I could not have asked for a better experience moving two very valuable pianos. First, they scheduled me right away. I thougth I might have to wait a long time. Second, Max and his crew showed up right on time. They were very communicative via phone ahead of time. They were SO FRIENDLY AND NICE! They were also amazing at the care they took to move those instruments. My son and I were in awe of their strength and skill. I highly recommend this company to move anything, especially things that need extra care. I didn't find their prices to be too high considering what it was that they were moving and how far they had to go. I felt like we were all friends at the end of the day. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Thank you to the entire Big Al's crew--schedulers and movers! ~Kristin

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I have a 5 year old Samoyed and know how difficult her coat can be. We have been to at least half a dozen groomers in her life, and never found somewhere as great as Columbia Canine Cottage. I was referred by a friend of mine and got in touch with Keely who is absolutely amazing. She makes myself and my dog feel so comfortable at drop off. She is so sweet and loving to my dog, which is super important to me because my dog has separation anxiety. Keely will text me pictures of my dog during or after the groom to show me how things went. When I pick my dog up, she does not show any signs of stress, only excitement upon seeing me. Keely also makes time to sit and talk with me after the groom to let me know how things go. She does not ever make me feel rushed or unheard and instead reassures all my worries. She also has my groom completed in around 2 hours which is mind blowing because other places will have my dog for 4-5 hours. She does an amazing job with the wash, blow dry and brush, and trims up the paws and sanitary area. I am thankful that she does not trim parts of my dog that she shouldn't (as other groomers have done before). I have started to use them for more than just grooming, because I know my dog is comfortable there. I have started leaving her for the day, or "doggy day care", to let her get more comfortable with the other dogs and being there for longer periods of time. I feel very comfortable leaving her for longer periods of time and will be taking advantage of their boarding program for my next trip. Again, so thankful to have found this place!
