My first visit to Richfield family medicine was today LOVE that place, friendly, compassionate, just awesome!!! It's scary when you have to find a new primary care Dr,, SO glad I chose them.

Dr. Bliss is wonderful, however, their billing staff and anyone who deals with patient billing is the WORST. We didn't receive bills for 9 months. Their portal billing is different than the statement that they mail (when they eventually mail you one) and if you ask for a statement when you come into the office, it is completely different. Not one statement matches up. They hire a 3rd party company on the east coast to handle their billing and it is almost near impossible to speak to anyone in the office about your billing. So, if you are looking for a monthly statement to be mailed, have accurate accounting and in the event you should need to talk to someone about billing, this is NOT your office.

This is a great clinic filled with wonderful and helpful staff. I have been seeing Bliss Jensen for about 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say about her. She is an excellent listener and will go above and beyond to provide you with the best care necessary. Bliss has a great sense of humor and will always manage to make you smile when walking out of the clinic. The only negative aspect to this clinic is their billing system. Mathematically their charges make no sense on the patient portal and never match up with the bill that is received via mail. When I contact the staff in regards to this issue they seem confused and have no idea where the numbers are coming from either. At the end of the day this is a business and this disorganization looks poorly on their behalf. Looking past this minor issue I would highly recommend Ridgefield Family Medicine to anyone who is looking for more of a personalized relationship with their Physician!

I am revising my review as they have taken steps to correct the oversight. I do appreciate the updates. I have gotten calls as well as emails so I am happy with the resolution. Previous Post They could not find my lab results. They said they were short staffed and lost 2 of their assistants recently. They're asking if I want to go back to get my blood draw again. We are a family of 4 and recently transferred our family to their practice. I am very concerned about a doctor's office being so disorganized. I'm happy to revisit my review when I get my annual done again next year or if they ever find the missing lab results...

I went in for routine lab work on 6/8 and had an appointment for 8am, my blood didn’t get drawn until 9am. I was told that that phlebotomist wasn’t there yet, but the person who ended up drawing my blood was sitting there the whole time. I have yet to see the lab results as of this morning 6/17. I have called and inquired about why the results haven’t been released to me yet and was told that the doctor hasn’t been able to review them in the last 6 business days. I have never had lab work results take more than 48 hours (business days). Definitely very disappointed in what I was expecting to be a small practice clinic where clients are treated personally and in a timely manner. *EDIT: I finally received the lab work results on 6/21, (one day before the 2 week mark of the law requiring doctors to give test results to the patient, this felt very passive aggressive to me) A few of the tests that were run were also incorrect and the reference ranges were marked as ‘not fasting’ when I was fasting and had expressed so at the appointment time.

I recently moved to the area and was concerned about finding a Clinic where I could receive the same quality care I had received previously. I am impressed to say the least with Ridgefield Family Medicine. All the staff there both Administrative and Medical are kind, compassionate and attentive. The office is warm and welcoming , everyone is friendly giving this Clinic that "hometown" feeling in a professional manner. I am treated as an individual with individual needs not just another "patient". My Provider Bliss Jensen is amazing and provides me with the care I want and need, is thorough when explaining details of my care and focuses on healthy solutions. If you are looking for quality care I wholeheartedly recommend Ridgefield Family Medicine.

Been going here for a few years. The medical staff are excellent. If you are looking for someone to see regularly. I recommend seeing Bliss Jensen or Dr.Clemente. Bliss is thorough, she is very concerned that your getting the right care, and you will have a hard time getting out of the appointment without laughing. Clemente is never in a hurry, he makes sure all your questions are answered.

While I would like to give a positive review for this business, I cannot. Some folks simply don't know what they're talking about. One of the front office became argumentative and domineering when asked if anyone in that clinic manages or treats auto-immune disorders. And, even though none of the physicians provide the service inquired about, this woman insisted that an appointment be made simply to give a recommendation as to who next to inquire with. I highly suspect this clinic either has a rogue front office staff member, or has a policy designed for the purpose of securing additional revenue when it is not justified.

I have been a client for many years and have always received great service! They are keeping the "small town" care alive while going above and beyond. I recently visited, same day, without insurance and Dr. Jensen was incredible! She helped me save on my prescription and I left feeling like my she really cared all while not spending a huge amount out of pocket. Can't say enough wonderful things.

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at Ridgefield Family Medicine. The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and hard-working. Paige Grider is my Doc and she's wonderful. I actually look forward to my visits and would recommend her to anyone! Thank you for your great service to the community!
