The pharmacy staff is always extremely rude. I get with the pandemic and just working in health care in general that it can be stressful, but every time I talk to someone they’re giving attitude and talk to you like you’re a child. Also, I’ve been getting a prescription filled here for about a year that I have refilled once a month. Every single time there has been some sort of issue for not filling it. It’s one of those things where I need to take it on time every day or it becomes ineffective and they have caused me to delay taking it a couple times now. The wait times is always ridiculous whether it’s drive through or inside. I had to wait in line inside for an hour once just to pick up. I try to be understanding and nice because I never know what other people might be going through, but this is just unacceptable. They’re either incompetent, rude or both! Definitely changing pharmacies. ~Chloe
