The young woman that stayed was kind, polite and very knowledgeable. When we returned our father was extremely well taken care of. Right at Home is taking good care of my aunt, who has advanced dementia. She was a handful at the beginning, and it was a rocky breaking in period, but now, her caregivers are great (especially Regina, who we have had for some time). The company is making greater effort to communicate consistently when our caregiver goes on leave, which I appreciate. Communication is key for family members at a distance, as I am. I shop weekly for my aunt and caregiver, so I need to know that I'll be meeting a replacement for Regina, when needed. I am glad Regina gets regular breaks, as caring for a person with dementia can be tedious and sad, though she never complains, and is consistently cheerful and welcoming when I visit.

Beth is very knowledgeable, with a deep understanding of the elderly needs both physical and mental. Her team of health care professionals are chosen carefully. The staff's reliability is unquestionable. At the time of my mother-in- laws passing my father in law was struggling to make the funeral arrangements. Beth too charge and assisted. Beth goes above and beyond to insure that not only the patient is comfortable but wants to make sure that the family is completely satisfied with the service she provides.
