I realized this pharmacy drive thru is very racist. My cousin who is white picked up my boyfriends prescription with no problem. I was in the passenger seat and saw that they did not give her any issues. All she had to do was provide his date of birth. A few months after this I went alone to pick up my boyfriends prescription and they gave me a hard time. I am a brown skinned black woman. The treatment I received while picking my bfs prescription up was totally different than when my cousin picked it up. They made me show my license and had him call the pharmacy to make sure he approved this. My cousin only had to provide a birthdate… unfair and racist.

The Prescription Delivery man is always knocking way to hard on my door for the delivery drop off. He’s actually banging on my door and I made this clear to the pharmacist already 3 times, he knows it and continues to persist in being a nusence about it. It’s like a surprise attack unexpected. Nothing obviously being done!

The only rite aid I know to not have anyone at the registers and barely any staff. Waited for about 4 minutes at an empty register before I took my business elsewhere. Unbelievable.

After 10+ years of loyally using this store I am at my breaking point. Scripts are never ready in a timely manner, they are “lost” or “never received” … my drs groan when they have to send scripts to this pharmacy. They know they will likely send it 5 times and have to speak to the pharmacy. There is one worker in particular that was so rude I actually parked and went into the store, as I was done being verbally harassed thru the window. Today I had to argue for 5 minutes to get a medication refilled that they insisted they had never filled as u held the empty container in my hand. I’ve had this common medication for 10 years filled thru them! Extremely disappointing .. this location just continues to decline

We are extremely saddened to hear that pharmacists Sara and Michael and pharm tech Lisa are no longer at this store. It is a horrid loss to this store and I will be relocating ALL of my scripts. They were the best people in the store as I have had many many dealings with them. Your loss!!

The last few times I had to pick something up it wasn't ready. The first one I called in for a refill the day before and they didn't have it done. Today my husband went to get my meds and they said it was just called in which is b's. Had a procedure the morning before and it was called in yesterday. They lie. Sorry I will be changing pharmacies.

Useless pharmacy staff. Went to pick up a script for my daughter (a very common antibiotic), was told they were out of stock and that I had to go to the williamsville location for it or wait for the cheektowaga location to get it in tomorrow. My child is sick and miserable today, why would I wait any more to give her medicine? And do you think rite aide would pay for my gas and time to run out to the williamsville location to get the medicine? Of course not! This isn't the first time this has happened, but it will be the last for my family. We will be going to Walgreens from now on...rite aide get your act together!!!

Store is great, employees in pharmacy are very rude - every time. Called in 3 prescriptions 3 days prior to picking up. Got the texts that they were ready, 3 days later I came to pick up in drive thru, they still weren't ready. Waited in drive thru for 10+ minutes while my 4mo old screamed in back seat (they clearly heard, medicine was for him also). Had to hit call button twice before someone came back, and had to get my cards and leave without prescriptions because I had waited so long. Very rude customer service, very rude pharmacists - every time. Always waiting a lot longer for prescriptions when I call ahead every time. Changing my pharmacy soon even though this one is closest to my house.

Most of my visits are in the pharmacy and both techs and pharmacists have (mostly) always been friendly and professional. There was one time one of the pharmacists was clearly busy and stressed thus making his demeanor not the friendliest but we are all human; customers need to remember that the transaction is a two way street. If one is having a bad day, the other can make it better or worse...why not make it better? That goes both ways, for the staff also. I really like Rite Aid!! All the employees are very friendly but I am very friendly and respectful to them.
