Yesterday I ventured into the Sephora store - I was searching to find something to freshen up my look . Taylor waited on me and was professional and very knowledgeable on the products. She showed me how to apply eyeshadow and how to use it to accent my look. I am clueless about make-up abs she not only made my shopping experience fun by I was calmer . She provided excellent service to me and helped another woman find some brushes. We were amazed that she was juggling the store with customers and the register (by herself) Thank you Taylor - I think you have a bright future with Sephora

Sephora was the last of any of the local beauty stores to reopen during COVID. When they did finally reopen, their hours where not only limited but also inaccurately advertised. After several attempts driving 30 miles to find an open Sephora, I purchased among many other items, a $26 Marc Jacobs eyeliner. Product was inside what I thought was an unopened Marc Jacobs box. Inside box was a completely used up and empty eyeliner. Ironic, considering customers where unable to touch any of the very few products on display in the store. Sephora’s automated email response to my complaint was that their returns have to be within 60 days. Not cool.

This place is not for the everyday woman, it's way too expensive. I got a $25 gift card for Christmas, I walked out with two very small eye shadows and a lip gloss, and I didn't have enough! I actually had to pitch money towards it becuase the $25 wasn't enough. Thankfully I found an app called Ipsy, for $20 a month i get 5 products (make up, nail polish, hair care and skincare). Don't try and keep up with all the girls who can afford to shop here, just get Ipsy.

Very nice, if shopping make sure to ask for Alexia to help you out. She will help you so much! Found everything I needed from her. Only thing that I’d fix is how they present the makeup, most of the palettes that are out for sampling, are dug In by fingers and dirty. I definitely wouldn’t want to put that on my eyes. Maybe try getting some new palettes out! :)

Sephora has a nice selection beauty products, face and body creams. A little expensive but their products are more natural and great quality

It's not a Sephora store!! JcPenney has it inside of thier store and there is hardly any product being carried for us consumers to buy. It's a waste of time going there...just go to ULTA down the street.

Small store, but I'm still a makeup beginner and find everything I need (from makeup to creams and to masks). And the staff is among the best I've come across. Always willing to help and take time to make sure you're getting the right product. Very professional, very helpful.

I'm not really sure why this location exists. They never have anything in stock. If I could rate it a 0 I would for the zero items they carry. The staff is great but I'm constantly having to drive 20 minutes to the galleria to get the items I want.
