Been to this place many times before and the service and manners get worse by the day. The young girl gave me attitude bc she couldn't clearly hear me placing my order loud and clear. I've been working in retail for 16 years and that's a poor excuse of customer service I ever seen. They won't have my business anymore.

Stopped here on our way home and it was not a great experience. The bread is crumbling on all of our sandwiches. They were out of wheat bread and wraps which is why we settled with the white bread. My husband ordered a spicy Italian and she made a Buffalo chicken (not sure how that got mixed up). My daughters kids meal was supposed to come with a side and a drink and came with neither. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because they loaded up the meat so much the sandwiches wouldn't close. With the place being unkempt (bathrooms weren't put together), I'm just hoping we don't get sick. Such a waste of money for poor quality food.

I just got back from coming to this place and let me tell you, they should probably get an entirely new staff or shut down. The staff had a bit of an attitude, I in no way felt welcome. There was almost no bread left. And on my way out I had a horrible fall because no one bothered to put out a wet floor sign over the wet floor! Not only is that potential dangerous, but they are lucky as all hell I'm not likely to sue despite how many people are trying to talk me into doing so. Plus, something that I had noticed while I was on the ground was that their floor was super dirty.

The absolute worst Subway I've ever seen. The staff is so obnoxious and unhelpful that you will do what I did after waiting for the girl behind the counter to fix bread (5-10 minutes) and who would not even acknowledge me standing right in front of her...I left. Whoever owns this location needs to fire the girl working today and start all over.

Don’t bother going to this Subway. Go to a different location. The two girls working behind the counter were incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Came in with a coupon that wasn’t expired and she claimed it was invalid despite the other Subway locations taking my coupons. When I asked her, “well why isn’t it taking it?” She immediately got defensive and an obvious attitude saying, “as if I’m supposed to know.” Both girls working behind the counter also looked dirty and overall unkempt. Wouldn’t recommend eating here because the customer service is horrid and having dirty looking workers is never good, probably a health hazard. Maybe they shouldn't hire a bunch of dingy, gross, and overall rude teenage girls and hire people who are more mature and don't take their anger out on customers that just asked a question. They also don't know how to properly cut vegetables leaving huge chunks of onion in sandwiches, allow people to cut the line, and give you horrible disgusting looks if you ask them to repeat themselves. If you want your food made by people who lack manners with horrible attitudes and look incredibly dirty then by all means go here!

The manager has a horrible attitude. She would not give me the owner's phone number nor would she contact the owner so I could receive a copy of my W2. This is the absolute worst manager ever. I have never had an issue like this before.

The 3 women that work there are lazy and pettiful. They are the worse workers that I have ever seen. Asked for a 6 inch and a chopped salad. They don't do chopped salads anymore, so I said I will just get a 6". She started making another 6" and said I asked for it. I told her I didn't. The supervisor Shelia came out of back and asked me to leave because I only wanted a 6" and they wanted to sell me more than I wanted. I am ashamed to have workers like this in my community representing Bells. They really need better workers here. Called in the next day to speak to manager and it was Shelia. She said she wrote up the 2 new girls for the way they treated me and said that she wanted me leave because she needed to deal with the girls. So because the workers don't know how to do their job I was not able to get anything of what I came in to get. Corporate is getting a call next since manager wouldn't give me the owner's name or phone number.
