I went into Keepsake Jewelry based on all the five star reviews they have, and those reviews are 1000% true. John, who is the owner is a true artist. My engagement ring stone was loose inside of the prongs for which it was originally set. John not only took his time to explain everything and why what was happening was happening, he did this multiple times throughout the whole process of having the ring rebuilt and fixed. He is also very honest about expectations and if something won’t work, he won’t do it. My engagement ring looks better than ever. We will be customers for life…love John, Kelly and Amanda I almost feel like we are family now ha ha. I highly recommend going there, you will not be disappointed. ~Lisa
