Best toy store in Decatur, Alabama (AL) 2024

The staff is extremely uneducated and unprofessional. I was shopping with my service dog and a staff member harassed me telling me she is required to be on leash. Per the Americans with disabilities act my service dog is allowed to be off leash if her task or my disability require it. I tried to politely educate the staff and I even offered to show her the Americans with disabilities act. She just yelled at me that it is private property, when it is actually open to the public, and therefore falls under the ADA. ~Emily

Absolutely useless store. First it was over a year with bug infested pet foods. Expired food and drinks all over the store. They are rarely open period now. I mean literally closed at 4pm during random weekdays. I was shocked they were open the other day and stopped in. I had two items and the cashier was on her phone and said "it's going to be a minute" I said no problem and then she said "oh it's actually going to be at least 15 minutes I have to do countdown". The register wasn't even open or doing anything yet. Countdown had not begun. You ALWAYS take care of your customers first! I was literally the only customer in the store. Why wouldn't you check your customer out and then count your register down? The cashier that did that is one I haven't seen before. It wasn't the normal lady with the long custom fingernails. She's awesome! ~Chad

Always a fun place to pick through. My 10 year loves to shop here! When your kiddos need to buy presents for their friends or Christmas this place is nicely in their budget without being too cheap. They also have awesome art supplies and funny shirts. Great for some dog items. Some great makeup finds. Staff are very nice ~Rachael
