Best nail salon in Sterling Heights, Michigan (MI) 2024

I got my hair colored and did keratin it was horrible. My hair looked the exact same was very frizzy and the color begin to fade within 2 weeks. Don’t recommend Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring ~A

I have never written a review before but my horrible experience today at Wonders Nails left me no choice. The technician used clear tips making it look especially unnatural, the rhinestones never set properly so there’s divots in the polish, there was glue and dust left on my hands (no lotion rub) and the polish was painted on lopsided. When I showed my nails to the “manager” she refused to refund my money! $55 and 1.5 hours wasted for this BS! The “manager” continued to talk Loudly over me, calling me “baby, sweetie, honey” while giggling the whole time at my displeasure. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I can see I’m not the only person who finds this establishment unsatisfactory. To any potential client reading this: save your money and time, and please go elsewhere! I’ve been coming here for years!! With the new owner it’s even better!! Every time I’ve come it’s always been an incredible price as well as service! I’ve always gotten acrylics and never had a problem, if you do they will resolve it with no fuss. The people that run the salon are extremely reasonable and respectful! I look forward to going there every time I need to get my nails done,(aka tomorrow!!) they are also very easy to book an appointment with, just call and you will get one either the day of or after!
