Compred to other ones I've been to under same brand .. this one is not so busy .. so easy get in and out. The staff are good and courteous..

Ban did such an incredible job! She listened to what I wanted, then asked questions to really break down exactly how to do it. THEN she gave me 2 different options, and not only did exactly what I was looking for, but saved me money! I'll definitely be going back and seeing her for every trim!

I had a positive and an excellent experience at this location. The staff is always friendly and professional. I highly recommend MATILDA, she is very professional, friendly, and an excellent hair stylist. She gave me the exact hair style that I asked for in like 15 minutes or so. I am very satisfied with the work she did.

My daughter had a hair cut today..the lady did really bad job .. first of all the lady wasn’t looking in a good mood or may be not in mood of cutting hair or she doesnt know how to cut hair.... soooo un professional... both sides of hair was uneven...styler name is ZENA.... and she is not professional.. she did not know what she is doing .. disaster !!! Never going back there..!!

Walked in and told the lady what I wanted...attempted a fade but did not turn out. Sides and backs of my hair are completely different lengths when I asked for a 4in cut. Trimmed my hair way shorter than I expected and It’s definitely not even on the sides. Was very rushed. Service: Hairstyling

The lady who cut my hair, listened to me patiently and was so friendly! I walked right in, got a good haircut and walked out happy! I showed her a picture of how i wanted my hair, she suggested me a better option and I am happy I trusted her.

Is there a girl named Gabby working back at any of the locations? She was the only one who could do my hair right. Also, I do not mind if the stylists need to pull their masks down so they can breathe. Masks are all for conformity and not for your protection anyways. Edit; I need gabby back. Bc I went to the great clips on rochester in Troy, I told this chic to trim the front, she took off 7 inches of hair and completely destroyed the back of my hair.

I walked in and asked for a trim of 3 inches off my hair and long layers put back in. The lady absolutely BUTCHERED my hair and ended up taking about 5 inches off. I could have done a better job cutting it myself. Everything was uneven, I ended up going to a salon the next day and the lady fixing my hair couldn’t believe her eyes. If you have long hair, frankly if you love your hair at all, do NOT get it cut at great clips. Go pay the extra money and go to a real salon. The lady that cut mine had NO IDEA what she was doing, I truly don’t know how she is allowed to cut hair.

I’m so skeptical about cutting my hair. I’ve had numerous bad experiences from countless hairdressers so I’m pretty anxious about walking into salons. A friend of mine told me about a stylist, that she just started visiting regularly, named Kat. So I figured, why not? I downloaded the free app and took a shot. The online check in is pretty easy and actually convenient. I walk in and Kat was right there at the first chair working on a gentleman and stopped to greet me and complimented my outfit. I automatically felt welcomed. Once she was finished, she cleaned her station and seated me all within 5 minutes. Without even hesitating, we started chatting about my options and just when I felt like I should give up, she showed me so much patience and kindness. 15-20 minutes later, my hair is perfect. I’m absolutely floored. This girl is talent. You’ve earned my trust.
