Heard good things about Lady Janes. My usual barber was busy so I decided to take a chance and go somewhere new. Had an event at 7:30. Got here at 5:15, come 6:50 and I still had a 30+ minute wait. Had to walk because I was going to be late for the event. What a colossal waste of time and I had to show up with long undone hair. Just gotta stick to what works.

I didn’t know quite what to expect the first time I came to Lady Jane’s. I was pleasantly surprised and remain happy with their work and their prices. Mia at this location is excellent.

This is the worst haircut I’ve ever.got. They didn’t listen to my request for my hair, and the side of my head is practically bald even though I said I didn’t want it short. They forgot to cut many strands of my hair too. They also sold me the wrong product. They sold me hair gel when I wanted curling cream. Additionally, they have terrible customer service. I went in to complain about my issues and get a refund on the product I bought, but the receptionist was invalidating my issues, telling me that I was wrong even though the company website said otherwise. They didn’t give me a refund for the awful cut or the product the barber scammed me to buy. Service: Haircut

Went to get a overdue haircut. Spare of the monment.. No appointment. 2 people ahead of me, signed in and was seen in matter of minutes..it was 7 minutes not bad. 4 stylists on duty that day. Haircut was Satisfactory. Nice👍

She did an awesome job and I’m very happy with her. Her station was very clean and she made sure I walked out of there satisfied. I will definitely be returning back to see her again. About 3 - 4 years ago I started coming here. From the very first cut, I knew the LJ stylists were a "cut above" (pun not intended) the other low cost shops like BoRics. Some 20 to 30 haircuts later, I have been proven totally right in that initial judgement. I have had only one subpar result and I lived; it wasn't the end of the world I have developed a real preference to Lindsey and Hollie, whom always make sure everything is groomed. They always address the neck hair, eyebrows, ears, then they shampoo and double check the cut. There is zero concern that I would ever need to return for an adjustment. If you want superior craftsmanship and a great personal touch, come to Lady Janes in Sterling Heights. They're truly nice people here whom try to do a good job - and they consistently succeed in doing so. I highly, highly recommend this place. Service: Haircut

tried them 3 times 1st time was pleasant experience, 2nd time i felt that the lady was trying to beat me with the razor. she was very heavy handed also up charged me for something i didn't ask for not cool just tried again and they really only do appointments i guess but trying to do it online is impossible. they deserve 3.5 stars Service: Haircut

I have been going to Lady Janes consistently for almost a year, and that is because Marina always gives me the best haircut, lineup, and service while she works. She puts a lot more effort into my haircut than I was used to in the past from other places. I really reccomend Marina to anyone, just make sure you make an appointment!
