Dean Arbour, was an absolute dream to work with I traded in my 2020 Escape purchased from a downstate dealer for an Explorer, Casey Sweet (my salesman) took the time to explain every feature of new car to me, showing me how it all worked (mind you I had almost exactly the same features in my other vehicle and just did not know what they did). Showed me how to install car seats, helped me get everything out of my old one, and has checked in multiple The process was very easy, I didn't feel rushed or anxious. The entire staff of the dealership from financing, service manager, and my salesman were all friendly and welcoming. I will never do business with anyone else. If you though the car buying experience was miserable, come here. It will change your mind.

Waited over an hour for an oil change. One young man working all by himself with several customers to serve. He worked hard but was being worn out with so much to do. Very poor scheduling. Usually Dean Arbour is much better than this. I hope I do not experience such a wait again.

Casey my salesman was great answered all my questions and explainedevery thing well. He set up my phone with the Ford app and showed me how to use it . I'm not very tech savvy so that was helpful . Everyone was super friendly and when I signed the papers they expanded them thoroughly no surprises 😒..so if anyone is looking for a new vehicle I would highly recommend giving Dean Arbour a try

Stopped in for my first oil change and tire rotation. Service was very quick and they changed oil, rotated tires and performed a multi point inspection on my vehicle. They gave me a review of my service checklist upon completion. They were friendly and quick with servicing my vehicle. A real plus was I had enough Ford Pass points to use for the service and it cost me 0. I highly recommend Dean Arbour Ford for all your service needs.

Great sales man (Cassie Sweet) I purchased 3 trucks there. The whole staff is helpful and friendly and honest. I traded a truck in and left an expensive poncho in it thought it was gone they found it and returned it to me thank you very much. I will go no place else for service!
