I had a script sent here for the convenience, and what I have been getting is the polar opposite. I do not recommend this place. The first time I went to pick up my prescription, the Dr. called it in on the phone over 30 minutes before I arrived at Walmart. Then they took about 2.5 more hours from there. I was at the store waiting, as I live about 30 minutes away. I thought that may have been a fluke, no big deal. The second time, same script, I called in my refill from home at about 10am on a Friday. Their automated system said that I can pick up my script at 12:30.. Two hours seems long to me? but OK. So I arrive at the store at 12:30 - It's not ready. OK no problem, I have some shopping to do anyway.. well then they go to lunch, still nothing.. come back from lunch, waited about 25 minutes.. not done.. I had to wait there until 2:45pm, so over 4.5 hours total from making the phone call to picking up - for one bottle of 60 pills. There was not a line, there was no reason that I could come up with that it would take so long. The woman at the counter would not even acknowledge my questions, just talked over me the entire time saying that they would get to it when they can.. I don't remember the name but I wish I did, she wore a metal medical device on her hand. I left there overly frustrated, adrenaline pumping. My home town pharmacy (Hale Drug) has always taken 15 minutes or less to fill the prescriptions that I have taken there many many times. These guys apparently take almost 20 times as long. I don't know if this issue is caused by Walmart policy or the workers at this particular pharmacy, but for whatever reason, this place is TRASH.

Came in October 5th, bought a dozen eggs, went home and ate some of those eggs. Next day I couldn't figure out why my whole family felt bad. Checked the date on the eggs, "best by 09-18-21" Way to go walmart. You poisoned children.

My eye doctor called in a prescription for eye drops for my glaucoma on July 15th. I called to see what the status was, and asked that it be mailed to me. They said it would go out fed-ex. They would send it out Monday the 20th and I should receive it by Wednesday or Thursday. No eye drops. I called again today (Saturday the 25th)and they said it would not go out until Monday the 27th. We are going to have to drive 60 miles round trip to pick them up. I would never go to Wal-Mart pharmacy. The right hand does not know what the left is doing. And if possible, they would get no stars from me. What a joke!

Every single time a prescription is supposed to go through here they are HOURS if not over a day late. Laziness at its finest. Dont waste your time if ANYWHERE else in town will accept your insurance.

The check out is soooooo slow. Scripts only seem to filled on time if you fill them on their automated phone system or online.

This was the worst experience of my life they are a complete joke and something needs to be done about them treating people like there god and doing us a favor you are messing with people meds there for life’s and you think it’s a joke wow I am disgusted by what they have put me through and to know I have to go back is insane.

Dropped scripts off and was told one hour. Came back an hour and a half later and was told they were not ready and they were going to lunch so check back after lunch. so half hour after lunch waited in line 20 min and it's still not done. Not the first time but will be the last.

If I could give them no stars I would! My child had her tonsils removed today I brought the script here myself while she was in recovery 3 hours later and they tell me another 30 mins they were really busy when they received it from the doctor. No I brought it in myself and they didn’t appear to be busy so after 4 hours of waiting for a prescription of amoxicillin it’s finally ready. That’s absolutely ridiculous. And the lady at the counter was extremely rude when I questioned why it’s taking so long for a simple prescription. I will be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere from now on.

I called in a prescription around 6pm, March 19, 2019, they first said it would be ready in three days, well I finally got them down to this same day I was going to be there, no luck, it wasn't ready, and she said it wouldn't be ready til much later. So I left she said they would hold it for 7 days, I have 27 miles one way to go and pick it up. I have a pharmacy right here in AuGres, thanks but no
