They gave me a truck that they knew that the radiator was bad when I turned it in the young lady had said such. Was stuck 5 hours at a truck stop because of it. The people that work there was there for the money they had no customer service ties to the people. The parking lot is in the offer no security my car was broken into while we were parked there ~Eric

The last time I rented from here, I was forced to drive down 280 to get a utility dolly that I requested weeks in advance. Over a month ago I booked my rental just to find out the day before pickup that they changed my pickup location so that instead of 5 minutes from my house I now have to drive 20 minutes out of my way. ~Rebecca

I got quotes from three local moving companies and Flemming was the best value by far. The 3 men who moved my belongings (local in-Birmingham move) were nice and jovial and took really good care of my stuff. They wrapped all items with drawers in plastic wrap to ensure they didn't come out while in the truck and took special care of a bookcase I owned with glass fronts to ensure they didn't break. Everything was completed during the time originally quoted. For COVID-19 times specifically, the men wore masks throughout the entire move.
