Walked into the Hudson location. Was only looking to ask a few questions as I have never used H&R. Person running front desk looked to be a new hire which is absolutely ok. The problem was that another employee walked out behind her cubicle and was immediately rude to me and the front desk employee. Would not verbally give me any information on my few questions. She in a very rude tone told me to pull my phone out and take a picture of the QR code. And then proceeded to be disrespectful to the other employees and myself. Not impressed. I went elsewhere with my taxes.
