No fitting rooms. I made sure they offered exchanges if things didn't fit but while everywhere else I've been "exchange" means "give it back and we'll give store credit that you can spend in the next few weeks" here it means "go get something else off the shelf right now (even though you were just here and would have bought it then if there was anything you wanted) (and no gift cards don't count)". Congrats, finally found a thrift store I won't go back to.

Second worst goodwill apart from stillwater. The GM and one if the assistant managers are as shady as they come. They will pretend to be your friend but will stab you in the back. They talk behind other managers and team members backs but will turn it on you. I would not recommend working for them or stillwater. The gms (eric and Stephanie) and assistant managers (Lisa and chealse) of this store and stillwater are friends with the district manager and of you are even in suspicion of being against them they will work together to push ypu out

Prices were fine but NO FITTING ROOMS? How am I supposed to figure out if anything actually fits, ESPECIALLY second-hand clothes? 2 stars is more than generous for that ridiculousness since i won't buy any clothes there now.

We used the tear off tag that says “bring to cashier” to buy a large chair, and then after paying we were waiting by the door for the chair to be brought up. Apparently another customer loaded the same chair into their cart and bought it right after us. As soon as we noticed, we told the associate that had just sold the chair we had already bought to someone else and he actually said “I don’t know what you’re talking about” and then walked away? Eventually when he came back we were then told that refunds were “against store policy” and that there was absolutely nothing he could do other than have us find something else in the store of equal value. We were also told there was no manager available to help us.

When we drive into the new Hudson drop-off today, the young man working there disappeared so we had to go find him. Then he told us to unpack our items and to put them in various bins. As we were doing this, he threw a palette down and cursing and yelling about people bringing in all these books and throwing boxes of them at the palette. It was scary and I’m never going back there again. I, for sure, was not going to ask him for a receipt. 😳

The lay-out in the new location is awful. There is no rhyme or reason to it at all; used to be all home decor in the first few aisles then toys. Now, toys are in the middle of sections of home decor. And prices have increased. I now avoid the Hudson store.

Twice I've gone here and found some good stuff at so so pricing. I've not purchased anything because both times the checkout line was all the way down one of the clothing isles. 20 people in blue t shirts standing around with one register open, not impressed. Took the time to put all my items back and the line hadn't moved at all when I walked out.
