Had to ask a staff member twice for help as he called someone over the intercom and then stood there and looked at me. The ac unit I wanted showed to have 2 in store. The person that finally "helped" us said well it's not on the floor so we must not have it. 1 star is way too generous.

It was late in the day, thought I’d try online curbside, the process was AWESOME and didn’t disappoint!! Online ordering was hassle free. The two guys that assisted me in the courtyard were cordial as I expected and wanted!! Excellent training Menards!!! You treated me like a Queen… again!!

Visited Menards and couldn't reach what I needed, so I enlisted the assistance of an employee. He not only helped retrieve the items, but also made sure I was getting the correct items. Great visit at Menards.

Ended up having to do an online order and pick up in store becasue they wouldn't help us. Im sorry but that is rediculious. As we set our order the lazy manger giggled and laughed with other employees and was no help to the customers. Rethink your staff!!

Walked around for over an hour not one single rep offered us help. Then, when I asked for help, it got, "its not my department" or a foul attitude! I absolutely love the store but they need some seriously group meetings on customer service. If i got a choice it wont be here anytime soon i promise.
