Hello my name is Chris I'm a us navy reserve sailor who is looking for a part time job there I was fascinated the first time i brought a jacket there and i love it and i decided to apply within since they say there where "hiring" i was interested to apply within for a part time position there i talked to (Ely store manager) failed to follow up with me for a interview date so I decided to call again and I was greeted to a person named (Bree assistant manager ) which I called and she was nice enough to assist me to have interview which happened to be today 11/24/2021 at 12 pm the afternoon interview was great until I decided to call back at 8:59pm to and to be told that I don't qualify for the the position because there is better candidate than a us navy sailor who serve this nation faithfully and I honestly feel so sad and disgusted how they treated me on the phone and made me feel that my service doesn't mean anything when I'm serving and better candidate than a us military person who has lots of work experience in the past with customer service I hope that this post gets attention I feel disgusted by the treatment I received for my service to this country I need someone on a higher level to talk to I feel discriminated against solely because I'm in service I was told by the Bree I start on December 2 was supposed to be given Thursday and Fridays and Saturday she told me i would work those days I want someone to look at this review and tell me is wrong not to hire a service member who has lots of customers experience this is the most horrifying experience I ever had in a store in general

I told the assistant manager that it did not make sense that no refund or gift card could be issued on the basis of the items “looking” worn and the tags being cut off. They were not worn, tags were cut off because i don’t want my brother, who is the same size as me, to know how much were his gifts. It was not until I literally read this young lady the return policy that’s at the cash register “if unsatisfied with item, they may be returned within 28 days for a refund, exchange, or gift card if the tags and receipt are provided and items are in same condition” that she said “each store has their own policy for returns” LOL LIKE WHAT? please god make it make sense. I asked if there were any other Superdry stores and she said naw this the only one. Fortunately, I have a brain on me and googled another location, in Rosemont Illinois, and decided to go there to see if they have a brain. Luckily they did and they gave me my money back and I was out in 5 minutes. I don’t know if the assistant manager was having a bad day at Woodfield or what but wow, acting like the money was coming out of her own paycheck or something she really did not want to see me get my money back, telling me there was no other store LOL I hope they get it together because the clothing is decent as hell, but how am I supposed to go back and shop there again after that?

I mentioned my size wasn't in stock. He then told me to go grab said sandals and being them to the register. In like 2 minutes he had me pay for my size and have it set to ship to my house. Talk about customer service!! Definetly 10/10

I'm borderline obsessed with Japanese Culture, and currently learning to speak Japanese. Therefore, I'm partial to the brand, and I figured this would be a great fit for me to check out when I saw the big Kanji lettering on the front of the store! I actually had fell in love with the product line when I tried on the sweater I ended up receiving over the holidays from my mother. She knew how bad I loved their clothes, and I wanted to be able to afford them. I'm a very fit natural bodybuilder, and the clothes fit me so nicely (See attached photo for sweater) and look amazing! I'd suggest ordering a size bigger than usual. I've never worn clothes this comfy and still at a high-quality. Stellar brand, refreshing to see at Woodfield Mall! My experience at SuperDry Woodfield has been awesome so far. First, something to know about me. I'm borderline obsessed with Japanese Culture, and currently learning to speak Japanese. Therefore, I'm partial to the brand, and I figured this would be a great fit for me to check out when I saw the big Kanji lettering on the front of the store! I actually had fell in love with the product line when I tried on the sweater I ended up receiving over the holidays from my mother. She knew how bad I loved their clothes, and I wanted to be able to afford them. I'm a very fit natural bodybuilder, and the clothes fit me so nicely (See attached photo for sweater) and look amazing! I'd suggest ordering a size bigger than usual. I've never worn clothes this comfy and still at a high-quality. The apparel seems almost vintage in a way, but that's because it actually originated overseas! Thanks for listening, James "Jake" Schmieder.
