I needed a part for my water heater and they just happened to have it, I had to drive over an hour to get it but the employees at the Hutchinson Ace Hardware were kind enough to stick around a little after closing so I could purchase the part! Employees were extremely kind and helpful I would definitely shop here again 👍

Unsafe and Disrespectful I prefer to shop and support local businesses but after my recent experience I will not be going back to Ace. Not only did none of the workers have masks on, but when we clearly were uncomfortable and trying to keep our distance, they laughed. As if worrying for your health and the health of your loved ones during a global pandemic is funny. I will continue to support local but only with businesses who have some ounce of empathy, care and respect for others. Clearly this store does not.

I've shopped here multiple times and it has always been a great experience, but today was extra amazing. I rented a uhaul to move out of state and was on a very tight schedule. They answered all my questions and had my uhaul ready. Thank you to the staff at Ace!

They have wonderful service! They carry quality paint. I bought a color of paint that I wasn’t happy with when I started painting on my fireplace. Custom color is not returnable so I asked them if they could adjust the color. They were happy to! They put color in my paint, shook it and dried a sample four different times to get it right. I could tell they genuinely wanted me to be happy with it. I really appreciated their effort and I ended up loving the paint.

You don't get help and service like this at the big box stores!! You don't know what you have in a store like Ace in Hutch until have no choices but the big box stores! Have always had great service and many times the only place in town to find the part you need !!!
