Best cell phone store in Bessemer, Alabama (AL) 2024

Great service I don't exactly remember the guys name but I could tell it was his first day and he was a bit nervous, but I got in and out of the store swifty, went to activate an old phone I had and he was able to help me set up my payments for the service and everything, overall great costumer service👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 ~Relatable

I didn't have money for my bill on April 22 so my phone was cut off, then I pay my $30 for a month of service this morning(may 1st) and instead of getting a month of service I only got 19 days... So I had to pay for over a week of service that I didn't even use??? I will not be renewing my service next month, I'll go elsewhere. Other companies dont rob their customers like this... ~nikki
