i wouldn"t even give this store one star i took my phone to them because it would not charge they told me it was out of warranty... i dont have a warranty... i paid cash for me phone... and that my phone was just gone , i have had the phone for 6 months they were so rude it was unreal, i have never been treated so poorly in my life... i took it on down the road to another metro pcs the guy was very friendly and told me there was not anything wrong with my phone the charger port was broke and hes fixing it... either they dont know what they are doing or they did care to help me.... anyone who needs to go to a metro pcs plz dont go to this one they dont care and i plan on getting a hold of there boss to inform them how i was treated
