Customer service sucks!!!! They never answer the phone. There have been multiple times I've called and more than 5 times during business hours and no answer

Asked the employees, in a polite way, if there was any way my pizza could be less greasy because the pizza they gave me was very nasty. They were bery rude about it and wouldnt even give me napkins. Then they stormed off into the back mumbling to themselves. Very gross pizza and bad attitude. Probably owners fault.

They never answer the phones , I asked the lady working drive thru if they worked and she laughed and said when they are busy they unplug them. No one was there except me and they did not answer on my way there . Very unprofessional . Not going back . I’d rather drive to calera .

The girl Haley was rude!!! Will not eat there again! Also they close at 9:45 not 10!!! Lol and they don’t answer the phone!!!

My husband and I have ordered from here via the app at least 3 times over the past year. The employees have always been nice and the store has been clean. We have always gotten exactly what we ordered and it was always warm. Using the app allows us to avoid any wait time as well, so I would recommend using it if you are not willing to wait.

I like going here for a quick bite to eat when I’m not cooking. It sometimes seems like they are cutting back on ingredients.Sometimes the pizza look great but what can you ask for for $5 and I still like it here.

The pizza was good, but they tried to charge me a dollar extra for my pizza when the sign clearly says $8 deep dish pepperoni pizza. When I questioned the girl, she told me cheese was $8. Wrong. Sign (and their commercials) state $8. Not sure what's up with this location. I never have problems at other locations.
