Stopped for breakfast . There was one lady , running the entire store . The cashier was on break . She was extremely kind , apologizing , stating they were working 12-14 hours a day , to keep the store open . I ordered an egg McMuffin . And I'm not saying this to be kind , but it was the best egg McMuffin I have ever had ! It was so hot , I had to let it cool down and toasted perfectly !

Was a decent McDonalds before they renovated. Now, they take no effort in customer service and are rude. You have to place your order on the kiosk, they won't take your order in-person. You also pay at the kiosk unless paying with cash. I ordered 2 small coffee's, each with 4 creamers and one with sugar. Usually McDonalds adds the creamers inside of the cup of coffee before closing the lid, but not this location. And, they are stingy with their condiments. I ordered 4 creamers each (as indicated on the kiosk), but they only gave 3 creamers each. Had to ask for more, twice, before they gave me the right amount. While I was putting in the creamers, another customer came in asking for creamer; the associate told him he'd have to go through the kiosk; he said he had went through the drive-through and they didn't put the creamers in his bag. The associate, who appeared to be the manager, disregarded and ignored him. After a few minutes, he went to the other lady at the counter, who was also not very friendly, and she brought him some creamers. The prices have also increased significantly at this McDonalds. I will be sure to Never stop at this location again.

Wouldn't you expect coffee to be ready when they open? Asked for a coffee and the drive thru person stated they had not gotten around to that yet...those were her exact words. This was yesterday (Sunday July 17th at 6:05 am) just in case a manager reads this and would like to talk to the person or people working at this time. Did not order, just drove to the next McDonalds down the 65...Another fun experience if you would like to read about that one.

The line was backed up so our family went in and stood in line for 5 minutes before being told that the lobby was closed. Apparently the 2 guys in front of us was kin to the people because they where able to order and we weren't. Kinda strange that the line would be wrapped around the building and the lobby is closed. With know one in the lobby they should be rolling. Lazy people and bad managers.... keep rolling if you come to this location.

ZERO STARS Terrible employees, including management. Placed my order in drive thru, get to the pay window and the employee had an issue with the POS. Manager came to help her but looked like she was frustrated and angry trying to resolve the issue. The manager opened the drive thru window and told me a price much more than I know I was ordering. I told her that wasn't right and she angrily yelled "what did you order". I immediately told her "have a great evening" and drove off! Just horrible, especially to receive this treatment from management.

They would only let us order at the kiosk, even though we said we were paying in cash. Once we were done ordering we waited over 10 mins at the register, with no other customers in the lobby, and no one would wait on us. When asked on the status of our order, they said they wouldn’t make the order until we paid. Even though NO ONE would wait on us to take our cash. Make it make sense.

We were headed in from being out of town. Their lobby was closed. The food was fresh but we ordered our burgers special and they did not get that right. They were very busy so maybe that was the issue

All the food I got was dry and luke warm, plus how can you call this a deluxe (picture) the didn't even put ketchup in my bag. The lobby is closed for no reason other than they have 3 people working in the middle of the day.

Stopped by today around 11:00am. Quick drive thru line. Employees were pleasant and polite unlike many other locations. I know it’s fast food but I noticed the things like getting a straw, napkins, and ketchup with my order. The fries were fresh and hot. Even the sandwich I got was put together nicely in its box and not a mess. Management should give their current team props because it seems that they actually care. Actually NO ⭐! After ordering, standing there looking around the restaurant, it was filthy, the employees should have been cleaning the place instead of sitting and standing around talking. The only reason we didn't cancel our order, we had been on the road since the wee hours of the morning and needed to eat something. I will never stop there again no matter how hungry I am. I hope this review helps them get better at their job.
