Unfortunately 2/3rds of our order was completely misheard and made incorrectly. I had ordered two McGriddles and a egg and cheese biscuit. Instead I had gotten two chicken biscuits. They charge for light ice. The lady at the speaker didn’t pay attention whatsoever and was too pushy about everything. Only reason this didn’t get one star is because these were the first biscuits I’ve had from McDonalds that weren’t dry.

Had only a 50 dollar bill and I ordered 2 meals coming from the Chattanooga Airport and said I only had a 50. The woman on the drivethru asked I'd she could keep the change from a $15.00 order. I laughed and she said don't laugh I'm cooking your food. I ordered a double quarter pounder w cheese meal and a 2 cheeseburger meal. It was about 1 am . Drove from the window on our way down to Stevenson AL . I opened it up and it was a 3 cheese burgers. 2 wrapped in yellow cheeseburger wrap and 1 cheeseburger in a quarter pounder box. Lol. Why me? Lmbo

I give 3/5 only because the ladies at the window are always super nice and understanding. BUT be aware that they will charge you extra for light ice and then not even fill your cup up even if you do pay extra. Food is about what you’d expect from McDonald’s, not bad but not note worthy.

Ordered $25 worth of food around 9:45ish fries were turned upside down, Mc chickens were just thrown in bag, heck all the food looked liked they dropped it all in the floor, and handed it to us. I asked for ketchup and she slammed the window in our faces..

So sad. These people want 15 bucks an hour. Every time I come they screw up my food. So yeah, I order special...McChicken add cheese, add onion, add tomato, add pickles, and was charged for the extra ingredients ok I'm good with that but... They forgot the lettuce, forgot the onion that I paid for, got one pickle, and the smallest slice of tomato they could find... Not to mention, the chicken itself is hard like a brick. Come on people, do better.
