My husband went two weeks ago and got us pizza. We ordered two large. A week later I set down to balance my check book and see they hit us for $77.70 for two pizzas. Which should have only been $39 Called the store no one would help told me to call the main office I called and can’t get any response. So buyers beware if you use your debit card you better check the transaction immediately. I will never buy from Papa Johns again. They are crooks.

I love Papa John's Pizza. The pizza is always delicious. They always have good coupons available. And they give a discount to AMAC members. I've never had a problem with them.

So I want to clarify this place told me over the phone that they cannot send out any more deliveries because of the gas shortage here in town. So I drive up to the restaurant to call in a order for pickup and what do I see when I pull into the parking spot I see a Papa John's delivery driver packing there vehicle on a delivery run. And the third issue is when I called to order a pickup the man tells me that the lobby has been closed since 8:00 No where does it say that online. And the dude that answered the phone comes outside and hangs out with someone in front of the shop. This Papa John's is not getting my business and I will be calling the owner in the morning.

Drove 10 miles out of the way to try the cheeseburger pizza. I ordered a large and a order of garlic knots. Cashier advised that she couldnt find on the register and said she guess they dont have it anymore. There was a poster for it on the window and pointed at it she said sorry its not on here and asked if i wanted anything else and i canceled the whole order and went to McDonald's. We have had wrong orders and so so food from here before and seldom eat from here because of it.

Don't go within the first hour of opening. Tracking pizza progress online doesn't mean anything. I sat in parking lot watching progress. It went thru all stages. I went inside to pick up my order when it said it was ready only to find it was still cooking. I wasnt upset. Had to wait about 15 more minutes but why have a wonderful feature if it doesn't work
