Giving a one star is generous. Maybe because I’ve been in retail myself for years…I may be a bit critical, but I placed an online order for the simple fact that ordering online I saved 15 percent. I get an email stating that my order would be ready in two hours. So I live about 20 minutes away, I stopped and did some other shopping, and then sat in the parking lot there for a bit. It hadn’t quite been two hours but I thought…hey…no one is in there so it maybe ready. I go inside and ask the employee if it’s ready and her response was “Oh I haven’t had a chance, we got super busy.” Really?! Well first of all there’s not a soul in the building…other than another…I assume employee that came out of the back…so why aren’t you working on it now? Also I’ve been in the parking lot and have clearly saw for myself that you wasn’t busy. I cannot stand a liar or a lazy employee. Then she asked me to get the items together that she had a list. I could see me telling one of my customers that 🤣. What a joke!! Then she wanted to cancel my online order and ring me up in store…where I wouldn’t get my savings. I wish I had gotten this girl’s name because she definitely isn’t made for retail and whatever she is getting paid…it’s too much! My opinion…get some help that actually cares about their customers. I will not be returning to this location.

The Fort Payne Sally beauty is way more better than the Scottsboro. I recently got married and I was looking for a hair dye to cover my roots. I never buy hair dye from Sally beauty since it was for my wedding I wanted to get something better for my hair. I went to the scottsboro cause it was closer. The manager there was very rude and didn't want to help me. So I went to fort Payne. The best customer service I ever had please ask for Morgan she really took the time to match up my roots and was so sweet about everything thank you because of her I will definitely come back for more beauty supplies what an amazing experience

Great!!!!!!! Very courtious , and help quickly and efficiently. Great sales at great prices!!!!! Fort Payne Alabama prices are higher than Scottsboro Alabama so I prefer Scottsboro but live closer to Ft. Payne. Most are VERY knowledgeable about most any questions u may have and if they don't know they WILL find out for you, just like the general friendly atmosphere!!!!!!!
