Giving a one star is generous. Maybe because I’ve been in retail myself for years…I may be a bit critical, but I placed an online order for the simple fact that ordering online I saved 15 percent. I get an email stating that my order would be ready in two hours. So I live about 20 minutes away, I stopped and did some other shopping, and then sat in the parking lot there for a bit. It hadn’t quite been two hours but I thought…hey…no one is in there so it maybe ready. I go inside and ask the employee if it’s ready and her response was “Oh I haven’t had a chance, we got super busy.” Really?! Well first of all there’s not a soul in the building…other than another…I assume employee that came out of the back…so why aren’t you working on it now? Also I’ve been in the parking lot and have clearly saw for myself that you wasn’t busy. I cannot stand a liar or a lazy employee. Then she asked me to get the items together that she had a list. I could see me telling one of my customers that 🤣. What a joke!! Then she wanted to cancel my online order and ring me up in store…where I wouldn’t get my savings. I wish I had gotten this girl’s name because she definitely isn’t made for retail and whatever she is getting paid…it’s too much! My opinion…get some help that actually cares about their customers. I will not be returning to this location. ~Kelly

A larger store than some Dollar Generals, but the employees stand right beside the front door to smoke their cigarettes. That’s right in front of the handicap parking. (I guess they don't care that some people's handicap is lung related.) ~Richard
