This store and the employees are terrible!!! 7 day return with receipt and tags on…and I was day 8 and needed a different size and could exchange it? Are you serious. I will not shop there nor recommend this place. All the employees are grumpy and act like zombies. They can barely function. We walked in 1 hour before they closed and the doors were locked. Then when we went in they told me they were closing soon and I said oh like right now and she said no in 59 mins. Wow. This place sucks! (We own a condo down there and will encourage everyone to go somewhere else).

Over priced. Higher markup than anywhere else. No “final sale” posted anywhere. No returns, no refunds. I bought a bogg bag as a birthday gift and accidentally bought the wrong color, and they wouldn’t let me return. Unpleasant staff and management. Will not be back. Take your business elsewhere!

Amazing place! I found a lot of things I liked, there was a lot different shirts, there was even a place were you could get a customized shirt, everything was organized and not that much was out of place.

Update: Two managers worked with us and resolved the issue. Both managers were great and apologetic and saw the discrepancies. I ended up actually needing two free items I did not receive and was not told that by the cashier. We came and purchased items like we do every year here. I unfortunately grabbed the wrong promotional pullover that wasn’t the same as the other pullovers I picked. I didn’t realize this error when I got to the register, so I asked the cashier if I would get that fourth item off based on the promotion. She was extremely rude and scoffed at me and said, “No. The t-shirts and pullovers are marked buy three get one and it’s clearly marked on the tables.” I told her I was confused because the tables say that you can do the promotion with different tables that share the same promotion, and again I was met with hostility. It was very confusing and we ended up having to come back because my mother had a separate transaction and ended up having one security tag left on her item, another item had a clothespin with the tag that was ripping her fabric, and another shirt had some substance that looked like blood when you unwrapped it. Just be sure you know exactly what you are getting and triple check the cashier. She definitely didn’t really know what was going on and was super unpleasant.

If you need to use the bathroom do not go here to shop. They have restrooms but will not allow customers to use. The staff is rude and all seem very unhappy to be working here.

We went here and not even a few days later the toy we purchased had broke and come apart and not to mention when shopping the employees were kinda rude other than that great experience

My niece purchased some head bands/wraps but when she got to the house and tried them on they were too tight!/(fit a kids head not adult)! She went back the next day to return them —receipt said u had so many days to RETURN but the rude lady at the counter refused to return it! My niece works in retail and knows her rights to return but this lady told her to trade it or nothing else! We come here a lot because we own property but we WONT be shopping here! We will be sharing our experience and we shop at Souvenir City now—they will take any returns with no questions asked!)

Honestly, we went to all the souvenir shops and this was the best in between. It had the cheesy tourist gifts but had more distinguished brands and nicer shirts as well. The staff was very friendly. The location is great and the open concept and all that going on when you walk in makes it very intriguing. We will come back here next time we are in Gulf Shores.
